Su diseño combina elegancia y calidez, con habitaciones decoradas con un gusto exquisito y detalles que hacen la estancia única. El servicio es impecable: el personal es atento y siempre dispuesto a hacer que la experiencia sea inolvidable. Además, el desayuno artesanal es una delicia, con ingredientes frescos y locales. “Pequeño hotel boutique ***** en pleno centro de Palma con pocas habitaciones. Todo está muy bien acomodado y en consonancia, se trata de un edificio con historia reformado con gusto, elegancia y con una decoración ecléctica, conviven artesonados originales con lámparas modernas. Su personal es muy amable y el trato con el cliente es muy cordial. Tiene un restaurante acogedor y una terraza-bar interesante, se puede pasar a tomar copas o cenar aunque no se esté hospedado. Por la zona se encuentran infinidad de restaurantes, tiendas de todo tipo, El Corte Inglés y galerías de arte, además muy cerca está Es Baluard (Museo de Arte Contemporáneo). Magnífico trato.”

“Perfekter Aufenthalt – einfach zauberhaft! Wir sind absolut verzaubert von unserem Aufenthalt im Summum Hotel in Palma! Wir übernachten oft in 5-Sterne-Hotels, aber das hier war mit Abstand einer der besten – wenn nicht sogar der beste – Aufenthalt, den wir je hatten. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, mit Sekt begrüßt und hatten einen ganz persönlichen Check-in mit tollen Insider-Tipps für Palma. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, makellos sauber und wurde manchmal sogar zweimal am Tag gereinigt. Der Turn-Down-Service, das Kissenmenü und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Das Frühstück war nicht nur lecker, sondern auch liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Aufmerksamkeit des gesamten Teams – sie haben sich untereinander immer upgedatet, was unsere Pläne anging, und sich wirklich für unsere Erlebnisse interessiert. Der Nachtdienst wusste genau, was wir dem Frühdienst erzählt hatten, und hat uns direkt gefragt, wie unser Tag war. Dieses Hotel ist ein echtes Juwel in Palma – wer perfekten Service, liebevolle Details und eine herzliche Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!”

“Si lugar a dudas , si volvemos a Mallorca será a Summun Boutique Hotel. Su arquitectura, la ubicación , el cariño en cada detalle del hotel, el desayuno. Pero sobretodo por su personal, no solo son amables, simpáticos y atentos. Realmente están enfocados en el bienestar del cliente. “We stayed in December for a work trip and can’t wait to return. We fell in love with this place, it was truly remarkable. We would like to return with our daughter who is almost nine but unsure whether children are allowed. Also can you please tell me if I can purchase one of the hotel robes anywhere, I absolutely loved it and I’m surprised it didn’t accidentally fall into my suitcase. Hoping to visit again soon.”

“Ein wunderschönes Boutique Hotel, sehr zentral in Palma Altstadt gelegen, man ist überall schnell zu Fuß und trotzdem liegt es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer. Besonders muss ich den Service hervorheben. Schon vor der Anreise wurden wir mit allen wichtigen Infos per Mail informiert, der Check-In läuft schnell, persönlich und mit einem Willkommensgläschen :-) Egal ob beim Frühstück, an der Bar oder bei Fragen, uns wurde immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich geholfen. Klare Weiterempfehlung und wir kommen wieder!”

“Experiencia inolvidable Era nuestro Aniversario y nos atendieron deforma muy especial, nos recibieron con una bebida al entrar fueron muy amables y educados . Para empezar en nuestra habitación nos dejaron muchos detalles incluso un regalo como celebración, por cierto muy acogedora y bien equipada , si deseas tranquilidad este es el lugar perfecto . Acontinuacion , solicitamos el SPA y los masajes , tiene un lista de los diferentes tipos de mensajes . Y lo más importante en el SPA está tu solo con tu pareja y te dan la opción de poner música a tu gusto con agua y café incluido ( la Señora que hace los masajes muy amable muy buen servicio te deja como nuevo ) Para finalizar y no menos importante recomiendo que optes por el desayuno, todo de muy buena calidad y el señor muy atento y cordial . Muy satisfecha con mi alojamiento repetiría sin pensarlo .♡”
