“Ich war das erste Mal in diesem Hotel. Und ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Das Hotel ist für Urlauber wie auch für Business-Leute geeignet. Es hat sogar eine moderne und grosse Tiefgarage für Autos, mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Die Lage war für mich optimal. Palma ist gut zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus erreichbar.”

Their high level of hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I would especially like to commend Dominique from the "Level" guest service, who was consistently attentive to my needs. Her friendly, professional attitude made me feel warmly welcomed every time we interacted, and her genuine care added a personal touch to my stay. Dominique's commitment to excellent service was one of the highlights of my experience. Additionally, the spa facilities at the hotel were fantastic. I felt completely relaxed after spending time there, thanks to the peaceful atmosphere and high-quality amenities. Olga from the spa area deserves special recognition for her exceptional service. She was attentive, kind, and made sure had everything I needed to fully enjoy my visit. Her care and professionalism enhanced the entire spa experience. “I'm a fan! I stayed 3 nights in a Level room, and 2 in a deluxe regular. Both lovely, both would do again. With the Level you obviously get a much larger room, plus amenities like nicer coffee pods, robe / slippers, pool towels, views, etc. +access to the lounge with breakfast and snacks throughout the day. Employees are all very nice, the spa / gym are well equiped, and having bike rental outside is useful. It is indeed a 25-30 minute walk to the center, but I liked that for a stroll home after dinner. Would recommend”
