“Riktigt trevligt hotell. Värt att veta: hotellet saknar traditionell reception. Dock är in och utcheckning mycket smidig. Hade ett problem med en läckande AC på rummet. Fixat ca 10 minuter efter jag informerat personalen (representanter finns i entrén dygnet runt). Frukosten är nog det enda som inte imponerade. Medveten om att vi besökte i Oktober fanns det lite mer att önska. Den varma maten var inte riktigt varm och den kalla inte riktigt kall. Viss service personal uppfattades som något nonchalanta alt ointresserade. Dock var alla trevliga. Plus: hotellets läge, utsikten mot havet, mysig miljö inne i hotellet, trevlig personal, bra gym, fina pooler (rengjordes sporadisk, poolerna blev fågelbad efter stängning med allt det medför) Extra Plus: hotellet har en kaffebar med en riktig barista innanför entrén. Riktigt gott kaffe som man tyvärr får betala för. Det är dock värt det efter man smakat ”gratiskaffet”! Minus: mathållning, mestadels temperaturen. Ibland upplevde vi gamla bröd (i-lands problem) och lite tråkiga frukter. Minus minus: Kaffet som serveras under frukosten. Likaså det maskinkaffe som man själv hämtade. Det smakar inte bra!”

“After reading a couple of reviews about this hotel I wasn’t sure what to expect but after staying for 5 nights I can honestly say the hotel could not be faulted . Everything was 100% . Rooms are spotless clean . The breakfast is definitely the best I have seen in a hotel and has something for everyone. Location is perfect and the bus stop is 2-3 minutes walk away and is well connected to Palma and the airport. Staff were always helpful and kind. Some bad reviews about the hotel but can’t please everyone at the end of the day .”

“My mom and I stayed at Zel Mallorca in August. The beach is beautiful and the breakfast buffet was the best we have seen at a hotel. I am leaving a review to specifically highlight Leti. She instructed several workout/yoga classes and I had so much fun at each one. My mom and I also attended her painting and macrame activities. She is so welcoming and was an absolute delight. She was the highlight of our stay and a true stand out amongst the staff.”

“Can’t recommend this hotel enough! The location is amazing, right on the beach. The ambience and service were excellent, with everyone always willing to help and enhance our experience. The gym and pool area were great, with saunas, though unfortunately both hot tubs weren’t working. Our favorite part of the whole holiday was the breakfast, easily the best buffet we found in all of Spain: fresh, clean, delicious, and with so much variety. We rate this hotel and its restaurant 10/10!”
