Es el mejor hotel de este estilo con diferencia, ya que no solo cuenta con un entretenimiento para todas las edad sino que tambien dispone de unas instalaciones totalemente tematisadas las cuales no les falta detalle algun y te hacen vivir una experiencia de total satisfaccion, viendolo desde el punto de vista humano creo que s la mejor plantilla que he podido encontrar en un hospedaje, desde la persona de la limpieza pasando por camareros cocineros recepcionistas socorristas animadores y demas dan el mejor servicio que se puede pedir, la calidad en los productos de consumo alimenticio y una perfecta combinacion a la hora de disfrutar de su gran variedad a la hora de comidas y snack, asi mismo debo agradecer de manera puntual a los animadores y cuidadores del area de Dreammers los cuales se han comportado con todos de una manera especial casi como si nos conocieramos de toda la vida son A1 no hay duda que son gente que merece ser elogiada una y otra vez. De verdad no me queda mas que agradecer por habernos hecho pasar un año mas las mejores vacaciones que se puedan en un ambiente tan agradable. Un abrazo a todos y mucho exito

Desde 4 anos e pela última vez aqui cliente isto perdeu toda qualidade tanto isso que agora não vejo aqui ninguém no hotel Viemos cá e a parte de diversões está fechada às 18h quando no seite e na placa diz que encerra mais tarde Sou sincero, actualmente não recomendo vir para cá, não oferecem o que a gente paga É o quarto ano que cá venho mas não volto cá vir nem recomendo DEICHO UMA RECOMENDAÇÃO AO DIRECTOR ABRA OS OLHOS BEM ABERTOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EU NÃO SOU CÁ DIRECTOR, SOU APENAS CLIENTE MAS PARA MIM É FÁCIL, FUI DESILUDIDO DESTA VEZ ENTAO NAO VOLTO MAIS, PROCURAREI OUTRO

Todo perfecto, buenisima calidad en todos los aspectos. Hotel 10/10 para pasar un buen rato en familia. El mejor que he visitado con los niños. Mis hijos no querían irse. Les ha fascinado la Leyenda del Katmandú. Gracias, seguro que repetiremos.

Ottimo l'Hotel a tema su tutti i punti di vista. Cibo internazionale , piscina aperta con servizi sino alle 19 e intrattenimenti per bambini super.Pulizia al top, collaboratori gentili, cortesi e disponibili a dare una mano al cliente.Vista eccezionale. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per la sua bellezza.

We have just come back from an amazing 10 night stay in this beautiful holiday location. Lots to do, the hotel is inclusive of the little park next door which contains an upside down house, some 4d experiences and a nice splash park, with indoor play too. The indoor play is only up to age 12. We had a good time exploring & it was unlimited so we didn't run out of things to do. There is mini golf too, which is the biggest I've ever been to with my children. You can buy wristbands at the main hotel reception which will give you unlimited access to the golf and the 'steambot' challenge which is a timed laser game you have to walk through. Staff: the staff were absolutely amazing, very polite from start to end. Every member I came across was always attentive and friendly. Food: this was a big worry for me as I have seen a lot of bad reviews. Breakfast was the best meal for us, a lot of choice from cereals, fresh order to cook omlettes, pancakes and full English. Please keep in mind that the bacon and sausages are not English, so slightly different but all in all nice. Bread and croissants were always fresh! Lunch was so so. We did eat out most lunch times because it wasn't amazing, there is always something to eat but often it was quite salty or too sweet. There is a large selection however to cater for everyone, pizza & chips was a staple everyday with nuggets and chicken fingers for the younger ones. For the adults there is always some sort of macaroni or rice, order to cook noodles or rice, which was quite nice. Dinner was also only so so on some nights. But they did have themed nights, one night we had mexican, another we had Chinese and Japanese which was really really good. There was a big selection of sushi and Chinese food, there was an Indian night too which we missed. This hotel was a big safety net for us as I have never taken 3 kids abroad before. It was very easy to navigate and learn the ins and outs of Sol Kathmandu, the night time entertainment was very well put together, everybody really makes a huge effort to entertain. Round every corner of the hotel are plenty of shops, we spent our nights walking along the beach which is about a 3 minute walk and souvenir buying! I would definitely come here again! We are trying Sol Barbados next year! I hope this helps!
