Amazing

Fantastic stay.

The hotel is fantastic. It is located close to the beach, the beach is clean and the water excellent. Many restaurants and shops in the area. There is a public parking lot nearby, where the car can be safely parked. The staff is very kind and can guide you. The food is very tasty and quite varied (we had half board). The play possibilities for children are varied and free (mostly) for those staying at the hotel - both inside and outside. We did something new every day with our 4 and a half year old boy. It is an extraordinary location for families with children. I recommend the location and we will definitely return!

Visited with 2 children and my partner for a week over the Easter holidays. I have to say the overall visit was fantastic. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a child orientated vacation. Now for more depth... We opted for all inclusive, including park passes. The hotel itself is great, spacious and lots of amenities. The place was immaculate at all times, there was always staff cleaning and tidying up, all of whom were extremely pleasent and helpful. The key selling point for this hotel is the vast number of activities available for the kids. There's all sorts and each activity is very well executed. The mini golf has 2x 18 holes, there's a giant soft play, fairly large water park, 2 pools (not heated FYI), a host of interactive games and films, there's the Kathmandu 'upside down house' which the whole resort is based upon and a kids club running twice daily. We stayed for a week and managed to do everything at least once, amongst days out to the beach which is only around 200m away! I have 2 negative points about our stay, one being the rooms AC... there isn't any, only heating. This wasn't too much of an issue in April... But I imagine in the middle of summer it may be. Secondly the food... Whilst there was plenty of choice and the state of the restaurant was brilliantly looked after by the attentive staff, the food was not amazing. If you have fussy children you may struggle, although there was always a staple of, nuggets, chips, pizza and pasta available, it was lacking certain areas. The drinks were good and all the favourites are on tap. The day time snack bar mainly consisted of chips and nuggets too. There are however a whole host of local restaurants if you want to venture out. There is also a supermarket directly opposite, should you require anything else. A special mention goes out to the kids club though, they were absolutely brilliant. Very dedicated and seemed to be non stop. They bonded instantly with the kids and my children loved going to the clubs the put on. There's 2 hours in the morning and an hour in the evening, then they usually run a sort of disco in the bar from 20:30 until late. They were fantastic. All in it was a great place to stay, I would definitely recommend for young families. A final note: make sure if you're taking rubber rings for the pool, they're <60cm diameter... 5 days in the pool staff came around and made a lot of people remove their rings and go and buy one from the shop opposite (shocking really as the ones they said were okay were clearly marked 68cm) they cost about €6.

Az ételek többnyire ízlettek. · Este is pezseg az élet. · NEM TETSZETT · · Mindig koszos volt a padló. · A fürdőkád nyomorgós. · A pipereholmi egy nagy pumpás üvegbe töltött tusfürdő és sampon, amelyek közül egyik sem ér semmit. · Tudták, hogy közel 4 éves gyermekkel megyünk, de ennek ellenére is egy utazó babaágy volt berakva. · Két egyszemélyes ágy volt összetolva, ami mindig szétcsúszott.
