Visited in November 2024. All the staff were fantastic (one exceptIon was the swim up bar). Plenty of activities for kids everywhere and all the time. The kids club is well staffed with great activities. The pool is well maintained

Best experience ever, everything was perfect, a true paradise 🤩

This is my second time at this resort. Have been here years ago and stayed on the family side, but this time, I decided to come back and stay on the adults only side, "La Perla." I usually don't like to go back to somewhere twice, but coming back here again says a lot. The resort itself is like no other all-inclusive. It is a more "upscale" version, and you can tell right when you enter by the landscape, flooring, fixtures, etc. Both family and adult sides are all connected, so you can enjoy the whole resort. I was just as impressed as the first time coming here. We had the pleasure of meeting Hector, who made our accommodation that much more enjoyable. He upgraded our rooms along with many other perks and made sure our whole stay was nothing but top tier. The resort is well kept, the food is amazing and the staff is very friendly and courteous. There are many restaurants that you can dine at other than the buffets, so this is a bonus. There's also a Nespresso bar and an ice cream hut in the resort that we came to every day (more than once), one of our guilty pleasures! I highly recommend this resort for anyone who is deciding.

El lugar es de mis favoritos para relajarme y deshacer el estrés de la ciudad. Los restaurantes son muy buenos y variados. En el Naos hay 3 chicos que siempre están al pendiente, Valentina, Liliana y Evelio.
