“Stayed here for 9 nights in August 2024. We loved the hotel and had the best all inclusive experience. Room - the room was massive even for the 3 of us, 2 adults and a 12yo. Aircon worked a dream which is very good as it was super hot. Mini bar restocked daily and room cleaned daily. All inclusive - all the food options we had were very good, the buffet was all fresh and a great choice for every meal. The speciality restaurants were a pain to book as had to go to a desk to do it... but great once this was done. Swim up bar great, beach bar also great. Nothing bad to say Service - All the staff were super friendly and happy, nothing to much for them to make your holiday special. Location - if you have never been to Mexico before the neighbourhood might be off putting when driving to the hotel. Once in the hotel there is security on the gates, they take details from all taxis picking you up etc etc. It's generally too hot to walk far, so grab a taxi to town!”

“Kudos to the entire team at this resort for their commitment to quality and service. Beyond impressed with the availability of different spaces and the great variety of restaurants. Buffet food was outstanding and the A La Carte we visited were even better. The constant cleanliness of the entire resort has to be applauded. Paradisus/Melia gained some new members with our family. If there could be ONE improvement, I would say an additional nighttime bar option other than Kicks. (y al DJ, un poco mas de buen animo) Gracias a todos!”

“All I can say is that this resort is amazing. Perfect size for young families and everything was perfect. We got all our reservations before our stay and our concierge Nestor was so responsive and accommodating and made our stay wonderful. Our kids had an amazing time and every evening we did the kiddo activity. The beach is perfect to swim in and well kept. Lunch box was great and lunch at celsius was perfect for the family. Our fav restaurant was Flora but all of them were good. Pools were wonderful and refreshing Customer service was great and our rooms were cleaned twice a day with turn down. We will be coming back next year and this resort has changed my perception of all-inclusive completely. Thank you for making our family trip memorable”

Yo quedé fascinada con club de niño mis hijos la pasaron maravilloso y entretenido las nanas Yadira, Carlota y Jessenia le dieron un muy buen trato y mis hijos encantados. Espero regresar en Agosto y poder disfrutar nuevamente el hotel”

Lots of family friendly activities and events for the kids ( and adults) to enjoy! We did family conceriege and felt it was worth it with 2 young kids. You'll love this place 😍”

“Great place - no complaints at all. The best all inclusive in Mexico I’ve ever attended. Orlando, Juan & Iris at the bar were amazing - I highly recommend them. Fernando at the front desk was super amazing, Very friendly and looked after all of our requests. Gerardo & Nelson @ cappella were the best servers ever. I highly recommend this restaurant as well. All around, I would definitely come here again no questions asked.”

“My partner and I just spent SUCH a lovely week at Paradisus. What a perfect resort!!!! The food was amazing, beautiful architecture, beautiful beach!! Only a 30 minute walk to downtown Playa De Carmen. The staff were all so lovely and friendly. We would like to thank servers Gerardo and Nelson at Cappella for making the last dinner of our trip so memorable — and the food was so delicious!!! We would also like to thank bartenders Orlando, Guan and Iris….you all made everyday so special to us and were there every morning with the biggest smiles and welcomes. Lastly, we would like to thank Fernando at the check in front desk. After a long day of travel you made our check in experience easy and gave us the best welcome answering all of our questions!!! Thank you Paradisus for such an amazing vacation. We will definitely be back :)”

“Great resort! Excellent value for mid tier to high end. It has several different levels of access within the resort. We had book a five day stay for two but there were a couple items missing from our room at first. When we asked about it at the front desk, we got service above and beyond: we were bumped up with a wonderful room upgrade in a nicer area closer to the beach, with both an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. The food at all the restaurants was great. Lemon Fish and all of the restaurants went out of their way to serve me sculptural chef’s dishes, even as a vegan! Flora was excellent earthy cuisine with good salads, and the chef in the Korean restaurant does tricks with knives while cooking for you. There’s also some coffee shops on each side of the resort and an ice cream stand with vegan options. Nice landscaping! The spa with the massage and hydrotherapy was just wonderful, everyone was so nice and it is elegant.”

“This resort was amazing ! Outstanding service. About 45 min from airport (1st stop) to the hotel, the check in was quick, no long lines, friendly concierge who spoke good English. They accommodated our requests quickly and seamlessly. The housekeeping was polite and friendly every day. They replaced our towels and water upon request without any issues. When my little one spilled water on the bed they came very quickly and changed the linens right away. The service was excellent. Room service at this resort was also top notch. The food came within 45min it was fresh and hot and delicious. The server was polite and professional. They also call you in room to follow up and make sure you got everything! The pools were clean and the beach was long with nice white sand. Some rocks in the water but you can just walk around and find a nice spot to swim. This resort is definitely on the small side but it was so beautiful and pretty. They have turtles and fish and ice cream place. The kids definitely enjoyed that. They did have a kids play room called Kidsdom. It looked clean and tidy. We didn't use it but we heard it was good from others. We had a few rain days and even on rain days the kids activity team was out playing music and games. They had clowns making balloons, a mime juggling, one of the nights they busted out a bouncy castle, also did face painting. The only disappointing thing for us was the variety of food options at the buffet. With 2 little kids we did buffet most of the nights and the selection wasn't great for my picky eaters. But otherwise the food was fresh. The reservations restaurants were good but again our priority was to feed the kids and some had limited options. However for me and my husband the food was great ! Tacos were delicious and so many different kinds, they also had other yummy Mexican dishes and good wine. They have a smoothie bar outside with fresh smoothies everyday. They did a fiesta night with traditional meals. It was such a nice change from your typical all inclusive. They also did shows for kids around 4pm which was great for those who went to bed earlier and they had lots of activities by the pool for kids and adults. I would definitely recommend this resort! 5 stars for sure ✨️”

“We have been to this resort three times and the experience just gets better and better. Great restaurants and food, several pools including what they call a “quiet pool” , and of course the beach. The best part though is the amazing staff. We have a member of our party in a wheelchair and this is the most accessible resort we have been to.”

“Es un hotel espectacular,las habitaciones necesita unos pequeños retoques tiene una pequeña fuga de agua en la bañera y el aire el máximo es 24 grados y sale frío, yo cogí una roulet con vistas pero no puedo disfrutar de mi terraza porque me han dado una habitación con vistas a un árbol 🥺🥺🥺 Por lo demás es una habitación muy bonita y tiene como una pecera en el cabezal de la cama ☺️ El servicio es espectacular,la gente es muy amable y atentos le pongo un 10 a cada uno de ellos se lo merecen. Los restaurantes son lo mejor que he probado, nose a cual es el mejor me gustan todos y lo mejor es su gastronomía,los diseños,el emplatado. Es brutal le doy un diez. La comunicación es muy buena, ahora al que le guste andar,la plaza de los fundadores está a 40 min andado ayi verás el espectáculo de los voladores ❤️ O si quieres ir en colectivo 5 calles en la carretera principal lo puedes conseguir. Pero lo aconsejo que lo hagas andado para poder ver las calles ,comercio y disfrutar del paseo . Las playas son auténticas❤️ El sitio super bonito, es todo un sueño .. Vacaciones para desconectar y conocer la cultura . Gracias por estos días.”
