My husband and I spent a week at this lovely hotel. Definitely upgrade to the Red Level suite. We enjoyed the breakfast and snacks with drinks in the afternoons. While the room was on the smaller side, we enjoyed the hot tub on a private terrace. Room service was excellent and we especially enjoyed the burger as others have stated. Several nights they brought various complimentary snacks to our room, including Rascon de Reyes in celebration of Epiphany. Our room was pretty quiet, considering it seemed all of Madrid came out to celebrate and watch the parade, which passed in front of the hotel. We also enjoyed the restaurant Aduana and cocktails at The Balmoral. We felt the hotel was nicely situated to sights and shopping! Service was great and most staff knew english.

Travelled as a group of 4 Canadian women friends on a 4 night getaway at Paradisus Palma Real. Our beach/ocean front suite in building 9 was out of this world (with great room service - a note and tip got answered every time!) Big, beautiful, clean & modern. The resort was so well laid out - everything felt close! Making dinner reservations was a bit challenging but we did get to try a few and enjoyed the Asian, Flora (Dominican) and Blue Agave (Mexican). Nightly shows were entertaining and took place in the “street” in front of all the restaurants. We all L O V E D the Ginger cafe and Bar. Special shout out to Anthony for making our mornings brighter with the most perfect speciality coffees! We started and ended every day at Ginger! At the main pool Arisleida was our girl! Find her - tip her well and enjoy her beautiful smile and positivity! She hands down is credited with enhancing our experience everyday. Lastly the buffet - it was filled with so many options for everyone on our trip including gluten and dairy free. Georgie was also eager to brighten our mornings at the buffet and hook us up with mimosas. The beach was pristine! Overall the property is lovely and they have some incredibly special people providing exceptional service. I would recommend to anyone to give this place a try! Would absolutely return.

Ficamos durante a época do Natal. O quarto é pequeno, mas acolhedor. Uma bela vista da cidade (nono andar). Achei estranho que o que divide o quarto da zona da casa de banho seja uma cortina. Além disso, o chuveiro e a sanita partilham a mesma porta de correr. Sinto que a privacidade se perde entre estes dois apocentros. Tudo é ouvido. As cápsulas para utilizar a máquina de café só estavam disponíveis no primeiro dia. No segundo dia a empregada não colocou mais cápsulas. Talvez se tenha esquecido? .. Não sei. Éramos dois adultos e uma criança e, para além de estarmos num quarto premium, a cama de solteiro era de metal e dobrável. Não era desconfortável, mas esteticamente não era muito agradável. Localização péssima, exatamente por baixo da TV. ENTÃO não se conseguia ver TV à noite porque o brilho da TV e o som atrapalhavam. Para utilizar a piscina interior é importante reservar o horário pretendido no dia anterior. Só me apercebi disso na hora do check-in. Depois, no spa, disseram-nos que só poderíamos reservar uma vez por dia e durante uma hora. Por sorte, a piscina não estava muito cheia e pudemos desfrutar durante mais tempo. O restaurante onde é servido o delicioso pequeno-almoço enche rapidamente. Se não houver espaço, oferecem uma mesa localizada em frente ao bar. Pelo menos durante o inverno não recomendo que se sente lá porque é frio, é uma zona mais aberta e há uma brisa vinda do lobby. É um pouco isolado da área do buffet. Quando se volta para se sentar e comer, a comida está quase fria. No segundo dia havia uma mesa lá dentro e sentimo-nos mais confortáveis ​​lá. A equipa foi cortês. Em futuras estadias em Braga, ficaríamos novamente alojados no Meliá. Obrigado!
