A Truly Luxurious Experience! We were truly impressed with the stunning interior and grand lobby Atrium of the Hotel Gran Meliá Torre Melina. We had the pleasure of dining at Erre & Urrechu, where the service was impeccable with attentive waiters helping us choose from their selection of premium steaks from different breeds. What really stood out, though, was the personal touch from the hotel manager, Javier, who greet us personally and ensure we were having a wonderful time. It's rare to see such hands-on management in a hotel of this size, and it speaks volumes about the level of service here. Exceptional service and real class—we will definitely be back!

Très bonne hôtel, bon emplacement. Nous y avons séjourné 10 nuits… Le service de ménage au top, le service accueil également mention spéciales pour l’équipe de nuit. Juste un petit hic c’est qu’il n’y a pas de parking, et l’hôtel propose un tarif préférentiel à 18€/24h pour le parking Pilar… Alors que celui du centre commercial, juste à coté, est à 9€/24 h. Très bon petit déjeuner. Bref, nous recommandons l’établissement si vous n’avez pas besoin de parking. Merci

Just came back 4 days ago..The holiday ticked all the right boxes..from beginning to the very end even invited at the staff party. The location the food was fantastic. The place kept spotless everywhere. More than anything the staff to management were very helpful and kind..looking after everyone one. ...definitely come again. Many thanks

Hemos disfrutado de un muy buen servicio. Todo el equipo siempre dispuesto a servirnos. Hotel un poco retirado pero con un parking gratis grandioso , con buenas vistas y muy tranquilo. Merece la pena estar un poco retirado para nuestro gusto. Habitaciones muy muy confortables y limpias e igual que las toallas. Todos los días nos preguntaban si queríamos cambiarlas, cuando sobre las 20:30 nos venían a traer unas aguas y unos bombones para pasar la noche. Todo perfecto, gracias por la atención que nos ofrecieron. Un saludo
