A comida é boa qb. No buffet é agradável mas mt repetitiva. Os restaurantes temáticos são um bluff. Só o Atlantis vale a pena. Tanto o cardápio, a confecção e especialmente o pessoal, aqui sim, 5 estrelas. Em resumo..... Bom mas só bom. A não repetir.

Me and my mom stayed in this establishment for a week from 11 of August until 17 of August From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we had an eventful week. First upon arrival ours bags were stored outside with little to no surveillance from the staff, then our room was not ready until 5 hours after our arrival , everytime we asked the front desk staff they had no information about the how the room was, how long it took to get ready for us to check-in. This was a Sunday. Monday came the day went by fine until the night arrived we went for dinner and afterwards there was a capoeira show in the anfiteatro which never happened and we stayed there for 2 hours waiting without any warning that the show wasn’t happening, we later found out by asking the staff which seemed very unbothered by the situation, we tought that this situation was a one time thing that would improve throught the week but it did no. They did have a few entertainment but it was only for about 1 hour per night and it ended at 10pm.They also have a club at the resort but it’s never opened also at the bars in the resort they did not have that many options available for drinks. Then the rest of the week there were no towels in the room and by the pool, so we had to dry ourselves after showering either to a pool towel that we had from the first day when we arrived which was very dirty or we both had to clean ourselves with the same towel that they left in the room from the day we arrived, we asked the staff from the front desk for towels which they always said that they would pass the message to whoever was responsible for the towels, but the message was never received by them so it seemed like a broken phone situation. When it comes to meals they had a few restaurants that needed reservations and it seemed to be a common practice of them to say that we can only book 3 meals overall when we had a all-inclusive reservation. Another problem I saw was that the butter from breakfast was uncovered and full of flies flying around it which seems like a not very hygienic situation. Also something worth mentioning is that there are no spots available at the pool because even tough it says there that we cannot reserve a spot everyone that wants a spot wakes up super early like 7 am to go leave their towels on a spot to market which then results in no spots available by like 8 am. Besides all of this events happening the staff was always nice especially William and Leandra and we still had a good time there.
