    Alba made my mother and I’s experience incredible. This was my second time at ME London, I will now for sure return. Alba was able to move mountains to make our experience unique and memorable. Very grateful.

    We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it! Chaymaa at the front desk/check-in went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She was so friendly and attentive and immediately made us feel welcome, even providing a tour of our room. The room itself was clean and spacious with several unique amenities. It truly felt like a luxurious stay the entire time and we will definitely be returning.

    My husband surprised me with a weekend in London and we stayed here. Great location, beautiful rooms, and very friendly staff. Ainhoa was a star & gave is many recommendations for our short time here such as the Old Thames side In which made our stay more special & to remember!

    I feel uncomfortable about providing a 4 star rating, when many elements of my stay were 5 star. But, there were a couple of minor “irks” that means I just can’t provide a 5 star rating. What was easily 5 star, was the service. Every aspect in every part of the hotel was excellent. Also, the location was excellent. One thing that annoys me is hotels using two beds to create one large one. You can never truly make use of the entire bed, as the join is uncomfortable to sleep on. Everything else in the room was close to perfect(the TV service on the last night was choppy & pixelated, presumably from a temporary internet issue). Lighting controls excellent, AC perfect, bathroom beautiful, linens and mattress (firm) very good. The other issue that missed 5 star was the ‘cooked to order’ breakfast. The English breakfast (other than the eggs) is pre-cooked and finished to order. This often result in sausages that are tough on the outside, or slightly chewy bacon. And also, toast orders will sit under the hot light and often arrive at the table being barely warm and dried out. Quality of ingredients was very good, but having some ingredients sat around prior to being finished, took the gloss off the breakfast experience. These are minor grumbles and I would stay at the hotel again.

    Very lovely, swanky hotel. It certainly has the wow factor. The rooms hold amazing views of the city. The rooftop bar is a perfect way to start or end an evening. The bed is so comfy. The rooms are airy, very spacious, clean and hold so many extras which of course do incur some additional cost. The hotel is conveniently positioned On The Strand. Close walk to the theatres, Covent Garden and so much choice for bars, restaurants. Close the Thames, it has certainly been a highlight of our trip away to this vibrant city.

    This is not your average hotel and a little more than we usually spend o accommodation, but it was for my daughter's 40th birthday celebrations. The staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Extremely clean and well presented. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and offered a welcome drink, a choice of non alcohol or alcoholic, it was such a nice start to our stay. Our room was immaculate. Their Aura team had written a birthday message for my daughter and put balloons in the room. Later after a walk around the area we returned to find a wonderful surprise for my daughter, a medium bottle of champagne and a dish that had a strawberry and tiny cake and happy birthday written out in chocolate. We were so overwhelmed, ny daughter loved it. The bed was so comfortable I had the best night's sleep. we had a room with balcony, whhich was a lovely addition to our stay. Breakfast the next morrning was fabulous and very delicious. The staff were lovely and very attentive. I ould highly recommend this hotel for a super luxury stay in London. Great location for China Town, the Lyceum and Leicester Square as well as nice walks along embankment. Thank you to ll the staff at ME London for such an amazing time

    I had a wonderful stay at ME London. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thank you to Chayma for the excellent service and for making my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

    This was an exceptional stay in a very good hotel. There is clearly a hotel wide staff ethos of politeness, helpfulness and good service. It's clear that this goes through the hotel from top to bottom. It's useless if reception is exceptional if the service in the restaurant or bar isn't. Nothing is too much trouble and without being overbearing, the staff are all genuinely engaging. The room was good, the location great, staff excellent and the breakfast delicious. Great place to stay for a show, as we did. Will definitely stay again.

    Location is fantastic - short walk from train stations, Covent Garden, Leicester Square etc. The room however fell short of my expectations of a 5* hotel and maintenance needs to be addressed. (I'm a housekeeper in a private residence so pick up small things that others may not and although it wasn't bad enough to complain I do feel the level fell short somewhat). As photos on a previous review showed, the bases of the beds are falling apart, curtains have missing or broken hooks and aren't the easiest to close and the bed mattress needs replacing - it felt as if there were springs poking through and this didn't make for a restful sleep. I was also slightly annoyed that when I went to check-in online I was made to pay a "discretionary" service charge BEFORE I could complete my check-in! A bit cheeky as I hadn't even arrived for my stay. I did arrive prior to check-in time and was told I would be contacted when my room was ready but I received no contact at all which was disappointing from a service perspective. I also booked directly through their website and was supposed to receive a complimentary drink upon checkin but this was never offered either. Overall I struggle to understand how this can be rated 5* - personally I believe 4* is more appropriate.

    This Hotel thinks it is off-strip in Vegas. Too stark and cold. No art or personality. The minimalistic, nightclub type feel is out of place in London. It totally lacks charm or warmth. The staff is great. I expect a British charm and feel from a London Hotel. Would not recommend as an experience. Price and location are fine.

    Stayed here last night for an early Valentine’s stay over, mamma Mia show right over the road and dinner in the roof top bar after. Upon arrival we were offered a drink, free options are bubbly or water.. I don’t drink so had a cup of tea (payable).. would have been nice to have another option for non drinkers included in the free welcome drink. Our room wasn’t ready until 3:40, not great when check in is supposed to be at 3 but we got comfy in the lobby and waited (more patiently than others that were also told they needed to wait).. showed to our room by the guest experience lady who was lovely. However as she left I asked if we could have some soya milk as I’m dairy free and the only milk available in the room was cows milk.. she said not a problem and she’ll send some up. 30 mins later, no milk, so I called down to reception.. well, tried to.. 20 mins of “your call is important to us” and still no answer, we thought we’ll just go down and ask. Did so and again told “yes we’ll send some straight up”… another hour later, still no milk so we gave up and walked to Tesco to get our own. Room was lovely, bed was comfy, a few items of furniture in need of a bit of TLC/ a good clean but we were there to enjoy yourselves and didn’t pay much mind to this. Dinner in the radio bar was really good and reasonably priced. Came back to our room to a note on the bed to say due to a system error, even though we’d paid for breakfast to be included, everyone has to pay again and can then use their receipt as proof of purchase to be refunded.. I couldn’t quite understand if it was just to charge something to be able to prove we needed a refund, why the need to charge £15 per person? Breakfast seemed very unorganised, staff seemed overwhelmed.. even though it wasn’t particularly busy, everyone seemed flustered. No pastry or muffin options for dairy free, waiter advised the only thing he could offer was toast.. however when asked, confirmed no dairy free butter.. so dry toast it was. Overall we did enjoy our stay but we honestly didn’t have one encounter with a member of staff that seemed to know what they were doing.. wouldn’t return on the basis that we waited longer than necessary at every opportunity possible. Not what you’d expect for the price to stay

    Me gustó mucho el Hotel ME Londres, las habitaciones muy grandes, el servicio muy bueno y agradable y la ubicación está muy bien en una calle muy tranquila Recomiendo ir al Hotel ME Londres cuando visiten Londres, le doy 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    El hotel cumplió sobradamente las expectativas. Fui a celebrar mi aniversario y tanto antes del check-in como durante la estancia el seguimiento de Sara e Irene fue impecable haciendo que la experiencia de la estancia fuera realmente inolvidable. Destaco primero el staff del hotel porque las personas son las que realmente consiguen siempre marcar las diferencias Respecto al hotel en sí, increíble, situada en una zona que puedes ir andando a las principales atracciones de Londres: London Eye, Abadía, Big Ben, etc. También tiene estación de metro muy cerca y líneas de autobús que conectan muy rápido con las zonas de interés más alejadas. Me sorprendió mucho la insonorización, viajo mucho por trabajo y si la de este hotel no es la mejor que he estado está en el TOP 3, está en una calle transitada céntrica que cuando pasas por la puerta no se escucha nada, entre la insonorización y la comodidad de la cama el descanso está asegurado. Había probado otras líneas de Melia como Paradisus, Gran Melia, Sol, Innside, Collection y esta era la primera vez que iba a un ME y vaya me quedé bastante sorprendido por el concepto y por cómo lo habían ejecutado. En definitiva enhorabuena al Staff, su profesionalidad sobresaliente ayuda a que la estancia sea más que agradable. Es un hotel que se puede recomendar tranquilamente y desde luego la opción ME la tendré en consideración tanto para viajes de trabajo como para vacaciones.

    Everyone we met here was really nice. The upstairs bar was run high and tight. The check in process was fine but it was a bit odd no one offered to take our bags to our room until we were already leaving the lobby with the bags already. Room service was prompt and very nice. But the hotel and rooms are in rough shape. This was a party hotel in the 2000’s and it feels like it. The amenities of the room reminded me of Las Vegas in 2005. The ambiance reminds me of the movie Scarface. The door hinges which were once metal have rusted. Little things felt like they were going to soon break or were broken. And the cleaning staff left a dirty dusting towel on top of the cashmere sweater my husband laid out to de-wrinkle. Also, every single time we were in the hall we saw, and smelled, massive amounts of fake perfume being sprayed into the air, which not only didn’t smell good but isn’t healthy. It was fine for our two nights but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here again.
