“Loved this hotel, location was great, easy walk from Lime Street station even with luggage (20 mins). Food at the Gino D’Campo was really good and great value since we had breakfast and dinner included. The staff were all really friendly, special shoutout to the guy who works evenings at front desk who charged my phone a couple times since I left my charger at home, appreciate the service with a smile!”

“Everything about this hotel is lovely, rooms are really spacious and the river view is well worth it, staff are really friendly, we went up to the Sky bar which had a DJ on and was great, the view from up there is amazing, Breakfast was really nice too with a massive variety of foods, would definitely stay here again”

“One of my boyfriends and mine favourite hotel in Europe. Great service, good location and our suite was equipped with bathtub, speaker, 2 big tv’s, refrigerators, soft big bed etc. It was the best place for us to spend New Year’s Eve. Our room had many big windows and the view was beautiful.”

“We stayed here for 2 nights as we had a wedding at St. Georges Hall and reception at the cotton exchange. We could not fault our stay here. We where in room 1515. Fantastic view of the river Mersey. The room was perfect. Bed was so big and very comfy. The shower was great. Everything you need is in your room. Hairdryer, clothes steamer, tea and coffee facilities/kettle. Breakfast was delicious. Great choices. On the whole an excellent hotel. Oh the sky bar on level 18 had great views . Friday night was very sophisticated but saturday night it was more like a night club and very loud. Just a heads up depending on preferences.”

“Excellent stay. The Townhouse room was amazing with its own lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Two tvs which were easy to use, bluetooth music system and a retro playstation. A fridge to use as you wish and a separate drinks fridge with free drinks provided. Breakfast buffet was amazing and staff were brilliant. Cannot fault our stay. 10 minute walk to the centre. NCP Car park next door.”

“Excellent stay! Second time staying here and everything was perfect. Clean modern room with Mersey view. Great location near the docks and only 10 mins walk into the centre. Mini bar in the room stocked with complimentary soft drinks and water. Staff are all really friendly and breakfast is fantastic. Would definitely return as the hotel is faultless and really good value for money”

“We stayed here 28th December to celebrate our small wedding, we ate in Ginos and then stayed over the night. We were a party of (12 for meal) and 6 staying over. Me and my husband booked a townhouse room and it was unreal! So clean, gorgeous views and massive! My mum and dad, and in laws also had a room each which were both roomy and lovely views of the city. The staff both in the restaurant and hotel gave us the most lovely service, we couldn't have asked for anything more! They couldn't do enough for us at the restaurant, and nothing was too much bother. (Even one of the members of staff helped with our children, I'm so sad I didn't get his name, he was fantasic). I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone, and we will definitely be back in the future! Thank you for making our stay so amazing, and helping celebrate our wedding night!”

“I highly recommend the townhouse, more expensive than the standard room, but the view from the window is beautiful, the room is large, the bath, coffee machine, really very good room, robe, slippers. Good light. Big mirror. Staff polite, breakfast is okay. Room service never answer, maybe was very busy. WiFi is bad (12 floor). Pizza was not tasty in restaurant.”

“Estuvimos 4 noches alojados Muy bien el equipo de recepción súper amables y comprensibles ya que nos tuvimos que quedar 2 días más por 2 cancelaciones de vuelos Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias Si el desayuno Buffet excesivamente pequeño y muy poca variedad ( no recomiendo incluir del desayuno ) el resto genial Ubicación top muy céntrico pero a la vez en una zona muy tranquila para descansar”
