I have stayed here many times and have never had a bad experience. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. The 4p Happy Hour is the best and the food at the Wilson is great! The rooms are very large and well appointed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Orlando/Kissimmee/Celebration.

Jennifer fue INCREÍBLE e IMPRESCINDIBLE en nuestra estadía, se ocupó de darnos soporte con cada uno de los días, les preparó scape room sorpresa a nuestros hijos que regresaban al hotel emocionados con ello. Sin ella, todo hubiera sido muy difícil, ella se encargó de hacerlo muy fácil! GRACIAS SIEMPRE.

I really like this place, but the rooms are outdated and the front desk never answers the phones. I was disappointed that the kitchen didn’t have an oven, and the rooms have a funky smell. I requested a new room, but it seems like all the rooms smell the same. However, the restaurant has great food and the bar tenders are amazing! Overall, I think this place is in a great location and I would recommend it because it’s still better than staying at a regular hotel.
