Nos dieron una habitación muy buena con doble balcón, desde el cual podíamos disfrutar de ambas vistas al mismo tiempo. Las habitaciones son amplias, pero lamentablemente les falta mantenimiento. If you are wanting a chic, smart, modern hotel with all the facilities and standard of a 5-star hotel, then you’ll need to spend a lot more than €55 a night. Yes, it’s a bit dated and my room could have done with a makeover, but the beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, room serviced each day except Sunday. Balcony was facing inland (south facing) with a great view of the hills and Teide when it wasn’t cloudy. Breakfast buffet was varied so something for everyone. Bar area was large and each evening there was entertainment from a bloke with his keyboard and backing track - a great night of music and geriatric dancing on Mothering Sunday. “For the price and location it’s a good hotel. The staff were friendly and always helpful, however it’s certainly not 4 stars. The rooms are a bit dated and lack enough wall plugs but it’s not that big of a deal, the breakfast was decent with enough options and lots of seating space. Note that it’s an “old people” hotel but this goes in hand with Puerto de la Cruz:) Overall enjoyed our stay. Small tip would be to use the vending machines across the street next to the police station instead of the hotel’s as the water is cheaper.”
