“Compartirles mi experiencia en el hotel, brunch con spa. Servicio de hostelería un 10 , pero en el Spa deja mucho que desear la trabajadora que estaba hoy 15 de marzo 2026 MARIA que tiene los ojos azules, por la manera de dirigirse a mi y mis hermanas a llamarnos la atención porque estamos hablando muy alto y riéndonos, les comento que tengo 60 años y mis hermanas 54 y 55 años y sabemos cómo comportarnos según el sitio en dnd estamos, me parece lamentable que luego cuando salimos sea ella la que se pone hablar con unos clientes en un tono alto, por mí parte las reseñas del SPA son de vergüenza para el personal que ponen en vuestro hotel. El resto de empleados increíbles en todo. Gracias y hasta nunca más. Lo que hace un mal empleado. ISABEL AFONSO SUÁREZ.”

Nos encantaron las cenas de la media pensión y el yoga por la mañana frente al mar, la ubicación también decir que es maravillosa, puedes dar unos paseos muy bonitos. “Great luxury resort with awesome rooms including walk-in closet. The rooms are clean and provide all relevant amenities. The food in the different restaurants was subpar and surprising considering that there is not really anything around. We ordered room service and while the burger was decent, the desserts were appalling. A microwaved cheesecake, covered with some jam to disguise the mess, a frozen brownie tasting of the plastic it was wrapped in with an even more plasticky ice cream on top was not what we expected. The staff and especially Javier (barkeeper) are very friendly and accommodating! The hotel is quite far away from everything but theoretically you can get everything you need directly there.”

The overall dining experience consistently felt closer to fine dining than a typical hotel restaurant. The spa is also worth mentioning, offering a calm and restorative environment that complements the hotel’s tranquil atmosphere. Overall, Hacienda del Conde delivers a refined and relaxing stay with excellent food, attentive service, and a beautiful natural setting.”

“Schönes Hotel relativ guter Zustand mit angenehmen Ambiente. Es gibt leider auch viele Schwächen.: Die Zimmer sind zu kalt es gibt nicht die Möglichkeit einer Heizfunktion. In meinem Zimmer funktionierte während der fünf Tage Aufenthalt das Telefon nicht. Der Turndown Service kam zwei Abende nicht. Die Kommunikation ist über Englisch nicht möglich. Im allgemeinen ist der Service nicht sehr umgänglich. Und auch eine Kommunikation ist oft in englischer Sprache nicht möglich. Der Liveguard am Pool war während des Schwimmens nicht anwesend. Das Obst im Zimmer war teilweise nicht frisch. Es gibt im Zimmer nur eine Flasche Wasser je.Tag. weitere müssen über den Zimmerservice bestellt werden, was mit einem nicht funktionierenden. Telefon schwierig ist. Das Frühstück ist so weit ausreichend könnte aber mehr Auswahl und bessere Produkte haben. Das Abendessen als Büffet ist leider nicht angemessen für ein Small Luxury Hotel, bestenfalls befriedigend. Auch im Restaurant das gleiche Problem viele der Angestellten sprechen kein Englisch.”

“Pasamos el día en el hotel con un day pass. El spa es muy relajante y tiene todo lo necesario para que sea agradable, pero en mi opinión 60 minutos son escasos. Le preguntamos al personal qué podíamos hacer en las instalaciones el resto del día y realmente fuera de ir a la piscina no nos ofrecieron nada. Para finalizar el día pedimos unos cócteles y para el precio que tienen (18 euros) estaban elaborados como en cualquier sitio. Resumidamente, el sitio es maravilloso y super relajante, el personal muy agradable y la decoración preciosa pero falta mimar los detalles que hacen de la experiencia un lugar especial. Es por eso que no lo escogeríamos como estancia para relajarse unos días, ya que no ofrece variedad más allá de piscina y spa.”

“I would give this hotel a 4.5 -4.6 Google allowed half stars. The only complaint was the AC in the room didn’t really cool. The hotel was quiet being adults only so we slept with our balcony doors open and the temperature was good. Food was great and attentive service at dinner. Breakfast service was lacking. I was always out of coffee and there was no one to help or no self service station. I would stay here again. Beautiful property and golf was great!”

“I spent one week at this five-star hotel and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is wonderful, with extremely friendly and professional staff. The rooms are very spacious, beautiful, and offer a stunning view, perfect to have a time for yourself:) The food was outstanding - every meal was a real pleasure, selection of meat, fish and cheeses was great. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Special thanks to the amazing chef Maria for her incredible cuisine. I truly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again :)”

“The hotel is a little replica of a Canarian village, very charming environment and welcoming staff, The location is perfect for resting and a romantic stay (far from the crowdy south of Tenerife), The food was really tasty ! “Herrlich entspannter Aufenthalt in einem gepflegten Haciendahotel mit tollen Mitarbeitenden in allen Bereichen. Die Massagen waren top und ihr Geld wert. Die Zimmer sind riesig- die mit Verbindungstüre je nach Zimmernachbarn etwas hellhörig -und landestypisch rustikal. Das Essen in allen drei Restaurant war ausgezeichnet und aus unserer Sicht fair in der Preisgestaltung. Ebenso gefallen hat uns die geschmackvolle Dekoration. Alles sehr stimmig und gepflegt. Die Nordlage des Hotels bedingt, dass es hier oft etwas kühler ist als auf der Südseite, aber auch viel weniger touristisch. Die Anreise ist jedenfalls kurvenreich und etwas abenteuerlich. Trotzdem und gerade wegen dem genossen wir eine entspannte Ferienwoche hier im Haus und können es allen empfehlen, die ein ruhiges unaufgeregtes Hideway suchen.”

“Estuvimos 4 días en el hotel. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, el servicio de limpieza es excelente. Un sonido salía de los enchufes a la mañana era un poco molesto pero nada importante. El staff es excelente, todos muy respetuosos y amorosos, mención especial a Maria que nos atendió increíble en el desayuno. La comida del buffet está muy bien, tienen dos restaurantes extras, uno italiano que lo recomiendo mucho, la comida es muy abundante y rica y otro es menú al paso, la experiencia estuvo bien pero la verdad no volvería, en ambos el staff es lo más! The Spa offers a very relaxing and conformable atmosphere. The staff are polite, friendly and really helpful. Lovely food and well presented continental buffet. Service attentive and quick. We couldn't choose any better place for our honeymoon. Highly recommended if you are looking for something very special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Wir sind das dritte Mal hier und es wird nicht das letzte Mal sein. Wir lieben diesen Ort, der gefühlt am Ende der Insel liegt. Wir finden hier alles was wir benötigen, angefangen von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden, bis hin zu Ruhe und Erholung. Die Zimmer sind top und bei jedem Besuch haben wir Kleinigkeit entdeckt, die neu gemacht sind, ohne den Charme des Interieurs zu stören. Unter dem Hotel ist eine kostenfreie Tiefgarage, aus der man leicht in die Zimmer gelangt. Einziger Wunsch an das Hotel: Das WLAN könnte besser sein.”
