INNSiDE Zaragoza

We’ve now stayed twice at Innside by Melia Zaragoza and it truly feels like more than a four-star hotel. The Junior Suite is spacious and perfect for a family of four or a couple. The shower and tub are fantastic, and the room is beautifully designed. What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Maria Rubio, Mercedes, and José Antonio at the front desk are outstanding, and the room service team is incredibly attentive, thank you Alice. Every day they checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooftop bar is awesome, offering unparalleled views of the entire city, and the pool is especially fun and kid-friendly since it’s not too deep. We’ve enjoyed it in both summer and winter. The gym is also very spacious with plenty of equipment, including lots of kettlebells and free weights. The location is excellent, surrounded by shops and restaurants. We usually dine out, but the hotel restaurant was phenomenal with great food and service. The only downside has been ongoing construction nearby for over a year, which made navigation a bit tricky on our last day. However, it’s clearly wrapping up, and once finished, parking downstairs will be extremely convenient. The hotel offers a discounted parking rate, and the garage is very safe, clean, and well-maintained. A true five-star experience thanks to the people who make it so special.

Perfecto! Desde que entras en la habitación, te das cuenta del remanso de paz, amplitud y buen hacer que tienen en el hotel. De los mejores Meliá en los que he estado hospedada. La ubicación es estupenda, los ascensores funcionan bien y la climatización es fabulosa. Para repetir sin lugar a dudas. Nosotros estuvimos comiendo, un sábado. Fue una reserva hecha con poco tiempo porque nos venían amigos de fuera y no encontrábamos dónde llevarlos a comer. Atención estupenda, espacio espectacular e íntimo, porque aunque no era un reservado como tal, (no había muros, eran estantes) no escuchábamos nada que no fuese nuestra casa conversación. La comida muy buena y los postres... La torrija con helado, espectacular. Como hacer de un postre tradicional algo sublime y delicado.

Espectacular hotel con unos trabajadores muy atentos, cerca de todo y con desayuno muy completo.
