INNSiDE Palma Center

We first stayed here in 2019 and left the review below. Subsequently again in 2022 because "the price was right" and with an extra child, all things we loved about the hotel still stood plus they had refurbished the spa and WiFi was adequate. It's 2024 we're back and it's our last night here, it's been familiar and great as expected. Our only gripe we can think of is having to pay for our children at the spa. "We stayed here last October, the hotel was lovely, clean & modern. The staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety. Our 4 year old enjoyed the communal areas, library & spa. We spent most evenings on the roof bar with great views of the city. The location was perfect, plenty of nearby shops & restaurants & walking distance to all the sites. Unfortunately, our room WiFi never worked for us, not on any of our devices, we were basically told it was working. The spa was very dark, most of the lights around the pool weren't working. We would probably stay here again, only if the price is right."

Update 2024 Unfortunately I have to reduce my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Compared to the last times we visited a lot has changed… to the bad. - Quality of the food (dry burger, really thick sliced beef carpaccio, falafel wrap (main) tasted weird and consisted of 3 bites) - DO NOT GET the whirlpool / jacuzzi room - there is only burning got water available which we were told at the receiption (sanitary reasons) “we should leave the water in the whirlpool to cool off” but the cleaning staff removed the whater each time… except for one time where they left the wirlpool completely dirty after rain and sahara dust. So we were not able to use it. - Noise level (clearly heard our neighbors, water pipes, construction work starting at 7am, door banging at 5am, really loud cleaning staff in the morning) - General quality of the room (damaged entry door - where the cleaning staff once forgot to close our door, door to the toilet broken - nearly couldn’t get out of it, some kind of ventilation in the ceiling which sometimes opened and made sounds - a bit sketchy - Water temperature in the shower always changes from icecold to burning hot while on the same level - general remark: the hotel staff should care more about their hotel guest and not about their external banquet guests which took the whole attention of the bar/restaurant staff. still positive: spa, gym & rooftop area, great transfer to the airport, comfy bed & candy :) 2023: Great location - we will come back! Loved the restaurant - the food was delicious. Only con: loud air conditioning

Lovely pity no tea or coffee making facilities

Ubicación perfecta en 2 minutos andando en el centro espectacular terraza con piscina restaurante solárium....y spa con baño turco y sauna , la comodidad de la cama y las almohadas inmejorable como el trato del personal de recepción en especial mención a Alfredo y Paco.

Fuimos por un cupón de internet que cogimos spa+cena, en general nos gustó bastante, el trato del personal fue muy bueno. Por poner una pega, el agua del spa estaba un poco fría. Si buscas algo intimo en pareja no lo recomiendo ya que en el spa había más gente… La cena muy buena.
