“Our stay at the Inside Meliá near the airport in Valdebebas was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt effortless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for both families and business travelers. The location is a huge win. It’s incredibly convenient to the airport, yet the Valdebebas area itself feels calm, clean, and surprisingly pleasant. Step outside and you’ve got supermarkets right across the street, plus a massive park perfect for long runs, walks with the kids, or just soaking in some fresh air and scenery. It’s one of those places where you can easily balance productivity and relaxation. The hotel itself delivers on every level. The gym is top-tier seriously impressive and the workspace setup is a dream. Most tables have built-in outlets, making it easy to pop open your laptop and get things done without hunting for a plug like it’s a hidden treasure. The shuttle service is another major convenience, making airport transfers smooth and stress-free. Now, the real highlight: the people. A huge thank you to Lara, our restaurant server, who elevated every meal with his attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism. He made us feel genuinely taken care of, not just served. We also want to recognize the front desk team especially the another person named Lara she was outstanding. Along with the housekeeping crew, who consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect. That level of care doesn’t go unnoticed. This hotel strikes a rare balance: functional yet welcoming, efficient yet warm. Whether you’re traveling with family, on business, or somewhere in between, this is a place that just gets it right. “Chegamos cansados e fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Joaquim. Uma rápida mas inesquecível estadia. Atendimento é tudo e este profissional se mostrou a altura do Melia. Voltaremos com absoluta certeza. Uma sugestão: A cozinha fecha a meia noite e o bar a 1 da manhã. Como estávamos com fome, tivemos que pegar um lanche fora do hotel e tínhamos pedido bebidas no bar. Nestes casos específicos acredito que não deveriam proibir comer o lanche no bar. No demais quesitos um hotel perfeito.”

“Hotel is really nice Staff really cool We ate at the restaurant for dinner - the servers were really great and friendly - even told us about halal options that were available and made accommodations for special requests The location is a bit....awkward as it is far away from the city centre and the area is being developed (it looks like) as a suburb of Madrid - so if you want city centre, don't go for this hotel - but otherwise the rooms are clean and modern, the bathrooms really nice, a very relaxed chilled vibe (not super luxury, more hipster boho vibe - the staff wear t-shirts) Apart from the location, I liked the hotel would stay again if needed”

“We had an excellent stay here and would absolutely return. One of the standout touches was how genuinely pet friendly the hotel is. They provided a dog bed, bowls, a toy and treats all in a really nice sustainable bag, which we loved. It felt thoughtful rather than just a basic pet policy. The free shuttle to and from Terminal 4 was also a big plus. It is a comfortable, air conditioned van with plenty of space, which made airport transfers really easy. The only small improvement would be making it run a bit more frequently. The hotel itself is modern, clean and very well designed. The room was comfortable with a great bed, and we really appreciated the free minibar. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, and the restaurant downstairs was great for dinner. The rooftop was another highlight with amazing views and a really nice atmosphere. We also used the gym which was excellent, especially the spin studio. The pool was closed during our stay but it looked like it would be a great addition when open. Location wise, it is ideal if you want to be close to Madrid airport, and there are also some great restaurants in the surrounding area. One tip would be to use the self check in if you can, as the queues at reception can get quite long. Overall a really comfortable and easy stay with some great added touches that make a difference.”
