“Ho passato una magnifica vacanza in questo hotel in cui tutto funziona alla perfezione. Io e mio marito avevamo una splendida camera fronte oceano in THE RESERVE. All'arrivo, abbiamo completato la pratica con la Signora Carina, che ci ha presentato la Signora Veronica che ci ha fatto conoscere tutto l'albergo: ringrazio entrambe per il tempo dedicatoci. Nei giorni successivi abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere Anica, Cristina, Chandni, Estefania e Lucia. Grazie a tutte per la vostra cortesia e disponibilità. Il giorno della partenza, essendo prima delle 8, abbiamo fatto colazione al Ginger Bar, ed è stato il Signor Perez che ci ha congedato con un buon caffè: grazie mille! I ristoranti a tema sono tutti ottimi, con varie specialità a scelta: in varie occasioni siamo stati accolti da Khady, che ci ha consigliato con competenza. Non ricordiamo i nomi di tutti, ma desideriamo fare un plauso a tutto il personale, nessuno escluso, per la professionalità dimostrata in ogni momento. Stiamo già pensando alla nostra prossima vacanza qui.”

“Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido hotel per 7 giorni in una camera Premium fronte oceano in formula THE RESERVE. Da quando si scende dal taxi si nota la signorilità di questa struttura; il consierge ti prende i bagagli e ti accompagna all'area RESERVE, dove farai il CHECK-IN e ti offriranno un aperitivo. Subito dopo una HOSTESS ti accompagnerà nelle aree dell'hotel per farti visionare le varie zone e illustrarti le attività. Successivamente verrai accompagnato in camera, dove troverai già le valigie. All'interno della struttura ci sono dei giardini tropicali stupendi. L'area RESERVE ha una piscina con acqua di mare con bellissimi lettini imbottiti e un bar con qualunque tipo di bevande e spuntini. Le camere sono perfettamente pulite e sempre tenute in ordine dal personale. Per quanto riguarda l'alimentazione c'è un ristorante principale a buffet (MALVA) che offre alimenti di ottima qualità e che e' molto vario, e soddisfa anche i palati più esigenti. Sono disponibili su prenotazione 3 ristoranti alla carta: GRAZIOSA, CAPPELLA e SAMIRA, anche loro ottimi. Inoltre c'è il bar GINGER per i nottambuli, aperto 24 ore. A mio giudizio un'ottimo hotel (forse il migliore di LANZAROTE) che consiglio a tutti per la signorilità, la gentilezza e la professionalità di tutto il personale. Un ringraziamento particolare al Dottor JACOPO MOSSIO - Resident Manager dell'hotel che con professionalità estrema ci ha accolti e seguiti in tutta la vacanza. Non vediamo l'ora di prenotare la nostra prossima vacanza.”

“Hi, My visit to Paradisus by Meliá was an amazing experience, and my 1st to a Meliá hotel. The hotel, room, staff, food, and everything else was amazing and balanced. The entertainment and daily events were properly executed with excellent staff or quality acts. My visit was mid December 2024 for my Birthday. This was the 1st time ever I have not had, nor wanted to leave a hotel for “more”. Thank you for a Great experience and amazing holiday. P.S. the cocktail bar was amazing.”

Culinary Delights and Spa Bliss: The diverse food options catered to all taste buds, with three main evening restaurants offering a variety of delicious dishes. Each meal was a delightful experience, showcasing both local and international flavors. The intimate spa area, though petite, provided a perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate after a day of exploration. “We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All the food has been delicious and we’ve been impressed by the variety of restaurants. The historic building and amazing planting is beautiful and the animation team have been great with yoga, pilates, workouts and stretching all available. We’ll be coming back.”

“No tenemos palabras de lo extraordinaria que fué nuestra estancia. El hotel es precioso, entras en un oasis y la habitación super bonita. Nos han cuidado des del primer día, ya el c/in genial y el desayuno en the reserve espectacular. Agradecidas se queda corto con el trato de limpieza, el servicio de Andrés y Kevin en los restaurantes (tenéis que probar la mantequilla de aguacate y la tarta de queso en el rte La Graciosa!), Jonathan de coctelería un fenómeno, y sobretodo el equipo de GEX. Un verdadero lujo haber conocido a Paula y Lucia, con sus únicas recomendaciones y mimo, y obviamente a Carmen de la línea, tiene una aura bellísima!! Ah, y el equipo de portería y recepción son maravillosos. Paradisus lo superó todo! Deseando estamos por volver💛”

“Fue una experiencia unica,nunca me acogieron asi de bien. Tuve problemas con el chromecast y me lo arreglaron muy rapido. Sobretodo la amabilidad del personal me ha sorprendido en particular la de Lucia,Carmen,Anica y Cristina espero de haberme acordado bien,porque fueron todas muy disponibles en aconsejarnos los lugares mas bonitos de la isla.”

“Hotel 5 estrellas con muy buenos servicios, varios restaurantes incluidos. Samira, de comida árabe- asiática, Capella, de comoda italiana y La Graciosa de comida canaria de autor con menú degustación para cenar. El hotel está reformado de 2023, muy bien todo. La habitación podría estar un poco mejor decorada pero está bien y limpia. La piscina es enorme, muy relajante y bonita. Tiene chiringuito y heladeria incluido. El personal muy amable. Y justo pegado a la playa. El ambiente del hotel es de parejas de edad elevada, europeas y muy tranquilas. Se está muy tranquilo y relajado.”

“Estancia maravillosa, el personal es muy amable, el hotel muy cuidado y muy zen. Es un lugar perfecto para relajarse. Si hay que poner un “pero”, es que las piscinas están muy frías y los espectáculos nocturnos duran 1.30h y empiezan muy pronto, por lo que para horario español… complicado ver gran cosa. La comida de una calidad excepcional. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas. Gracias a Pedro y a Kevin por su amabilidad en el restaurante Capella; a Pérez, Francisco, Marcos y Oscar por esos cafés y cócteles en el Ginger; a Soraya por su sonrisa constante y por recordarnos cómo se juega al Uno; a Bárbara y Armando por todas las recomendaciones turísticas; y un grandísimo GRACIAS a Eder por todos los detalles que ha tenido que han hecho de nuestra estancia una auténtica experiencia.”

The location proved ideal for everything we wanted to do during our stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its remarkable staff and their commitment to personalized service. When my partner mentioned having back issues, the team responded immediately - a perfect example of their proactive approach to guest comfort. The level of attentiveness made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay. Several staff members deserve special recognition for their outstanding service: Danilo, Nachos, Cameron, Lucia, Giselle. A special mention goes to Jonathan & Naomi , whose expertly crafted cocktails enhanced our experience. The entire team, including those whose names we regrettably might have missed, consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warmth. We were blessed with wonderful weather during our stay, which perfectly complemented the hotel's excellent facilities. The tranquil atmosphere and attention to detail made this the ideal setting for a peaceful, rejuvenating escape. This experience has exceeded our expectations so thoroughly that we're already planning our next visit - possibly for an even longer stay.
