A special thanks to Ms. Paula, who handled our check-in and ensured that our arrival was smooth, welcoming, and memorable. Her warmth and attention to detail set the perfect tone for our stay. plus 2 servers at the lounge who made the dining experience a memory. 😍 The entire team at The Level Lounge was absolutely fantastic, always ensuring our comfort and providing exceptional support throughout our visit. Whenever we needed a cab, it was arranged in a jiffy! The staff were also incredibly helpful with recommendations and suggestions for exploring the beautiful city of Granada. The breakfast and refreshments at The Level Lounge were simply top-notch. From champagne, assorted wines, and beer to fresh juices, a wonderful variety of teas and coffees, and delicious appetizers, everything was excellent and thoughtfully presented. Overall, we had a truly memorable experience, thanks to the outstanding hospitality, attentive service, and excellent lounge offerings. The team at The Level made us feel special throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Granada. We would love to return Location is super convenient to explore Granda and the surrounding area. Every Mejor sightseeing place is within walking distance in the same neighbourhood. “Exceptional Stay at Meliá Granada – Truly Exceeded Our Expectations Meliá Granada exceeded our expectations from check-in to check-out. From the moment we arrived, we felt that we were experiencing a true five-star level of hospitality. My husband is a Platinum member, so we had the privilege of using the separate check-in area on the 6th floor. The lovely young lady at reception was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. I’m sorry I didn’t take note of her name, but she made our arrival especially pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was The Level lounge on the 6th floor. The lounge is such a wonderful space to relax, with complimentary food and drinks throughout the day and, best of all, spectacular views of the Alhambra and Granada. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. Our Junior Suite was superb. It was beautifully clean, modern, spacious, and very thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated how well the space was divided. There was a separate living area with a TV that was converted into a comfortable bed for our children, while still giving us a separate sleeping area. There was also a dining table and a huge balcony overlooking the city. For a family, the layout worked exceptionally well and gave everyone plenty of space. The room was immaculate and had a very comfortable, contemporary feel. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the suite both stylish and practical. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of choices to start the day. Having breakfast with such beautiful surroundings made it even more enjoyable. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is right in the heart of Granada, making it very convenient for exploring the city, restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful family stay at Meliá Granada. From the warm and attentive staff, beautiful Junior Suite, excellent location, delicious breakfast, and incredible Level lounge with Alhambra views, everything came together to make our stay feel truly special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Meliá Granada, especially The Level experience. It exceeded our expectations in every way!”
