“Wir waren jetzt schon das vierte Mal vor Ort und sind nach wie vor begeistert. Nicht nur die Lage der Location, sondern auch die Gastfreundschaft der Angestellten, sowie die liebevolle Einrichtung des Hotels sind wunderbar. Für uns ist der Aufenthalt immer Entspannung pur. Die verschiedenen Restaurants sind alles sehr gut und jeder findet etwas für sich. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!!”

“We stayed at the Paradisus Gran Canaria for a week (June 2026) in The Reserve, upgrading to a Ocean Front Suite on the top (7th) floor which had a balcony with the most amazing sea view. Overall, the experience was excellent. The staff are on the most part friendly and attentive. The hotel is spotless, the food is excellent quality and available through a great variety of a la carte restaurants and the buffet. As we were The Reserve, the a la carte breakfast was a particular highlight. The hotel is located right on the beach at San Augustin, which itself is quiet part of Maspalomas, but 45min - 60min walk down the sea front you can reach the dunes and Playa des Ingles. Or, there is a bus stop outside the hotel which takes 10mins; or a taxi is around 10euros. Although we would consider returning, there were some areas of improvement the hotel could consider, particularly around The Reserve. At check in, we felt rather rushed. We were not offered a welcome drink (which we noted that guests, Reserve or not, were offered) and were not provided with any information regarding benefits of The Reserve. We saw other Reserve guests during our stay being shown the pool, the bar area and offered other welcome services. My partner and I needed to muddle through and work it out for ourselves. Furthermore, the service around The Reserve pool was repeatedly lacking and came as a disappointment. Clean pool towels were often unavailable, ice and drinks at the complimentary bar constantly ran out and there were frequently no members of staff to ask for more. There was no poolside service, however, were unsure whether this was available, as we were not provided any information at check in or at any other time during out stay. At times, there were a lot of empty glasses and plates, which attracted birds, flies and wasps around the pool. It felt like there seemed to be a lack of service staff. This was a similar experience at the normal buffet area (Gastro Hall); it was often quite chaotic as there were was no information or guidance provided letting guests know how best to work your way around the buffet. Overall, whilst our experience of The Reserve was good, we are not sure it would be worth the extra cost after understanding how much more other guests paid compared our holiday cost and what appeared to be inconsistent levels of service offered.”

“Hôtel qui reste à taille humaine (en hors saison en tout cas). Propreté irréprochable et chambre premium fantastique, avec une très bonne literie. Le personnel est souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. On se sent "chouchouté ". Il s'agit bien d'un véritable "all inclusive" (alcools compris), donc pas de mauvaise surprise. Les buffets du restaurant principal sont variés et permettent à chacun de trouver son bonheur ! La localisation est top avec une grande promenade sur plusieurs km longeant la mer juste devant l'hôtel, agréable pour les sportifs ou pour une simple ballade en soirée. J'oubliais : un parc magnifique tres nien entretenu ! Petit conseil : ne manquez pas le spectacle "Sala Scala Gran Canaria - NOMAD Dinner Show" à 50 mètres de l'hôtel ! Enfin, le point qui pourrait être amélioré réside dans la difficulté à trouver une place de parking gratuite devant l'hôtel si vous louez une voiture (le parking de l'hôtel est facturé 22 euros la journée).”
