“Fantastic hotel. The room, staff, food & General hotel amenities were first class. It was my wife's birthday while we were there & the hotel team left a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room 👌. It's about a 1klm walk away from the marina, however this is by the beach promenade walk and is a great way to walk off your evening dinner. Old Town is a €8 uber away. Again the restaurant & bar staff were absolutely top tier!!.”

“Just back from a very lovely 3 night stay here. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel & room was very clean and comfortable, plus the buffet breakfast was delicious and varied. We'd love to go back!”

“Haven't been on a package holiday for quite some time but really enjoyed it. The hotel is modern, well maintained in the main and as clean as it can be considering the amount of visitors using it. It's seconds from the beach, minutes from cafes/bars/shops and about a 15 minute walk from a proper supermarket. There's a lovely walk to the marina down the promenade which took maybe a leisurely hour. Nice vibe, again with csfes/bars and market stalls. We had a lovely sea view room which was an upgrade we selected on booking. We tried half board which isn't my usual option but it was good considering mass catering. Lots of choice of different cuisines, fresh and well replenished. It did the job for the five nights we were there. There's also a happy hour at 5pm, all drinks two for one apart from water and coffee. Ooh, and a nice roof top bar by night, not sure about during the day as we just went one night. The staff overall were either really friendly or they ignored you but not a problem for us. The hotel says good for couples, when we were there the customer demographic was mainly couples aged from 50's up. We encountered a hiccup on arrival which was in the main sorted, we'll see what jet2 says about the main gripe but that said it wouldn't put me off returning. Very much enjoyed the holiday and loved Benaldamena.”

“A really good hotel with friendly, hardworking staff and great food. Rooms are clean and functional with comfortable beds. The location is convenient, although there is some road noise. Entertainment is provided each night in the Salon Bar. The Sky Bar is a really lovely venue but spoilt (in our opinion) by the awful choice of music playlist, completely unsuited to the hotel’s demographic, which was mainly more mature people at the time of our visit. Overall, we would recommend this hotel, though, particularly for the excellent variety of fresh and tasty food both at breakfast and dinner.”

“Llevo varios años pasando las vacaciones en este hotel y cada año se superan tanto en limpieza, amabilidad de todo el personal, destacando el trato inmejorable de su directora, y la calidad de la comida. La ubicación es de 10, ya que la playa está justo enfrente y lo recomiendo al 💯, tanto para venir en pareja, como en familia incluidos bebés como es mi caso. El año que viene volveremos sin duda. “Excelente hotel para pasar unos dias en la playa. Cumple perfectamente, bien ubicado, con pileta tranquila y una zona para tomar algo. La pieza amplia y minimalista. La comida del buffet re buena, con la variedad justa para que no te falte nada. Actuaciones todas las noches, algunos días en el bar salon y otros en el bar de la azotea. Gracias a todo el equipo por la atencion!!!”

“Pasamos unos días muy relajados y a gusto, la habitación y el hotel estupendos. La ubicación genial, todo está bastante a mano o con desplazamientos cortos. Desayuno y cena riquísimos, la cocina en general se nota desplazamientos muy buena calidad. Volveremos!”

“Una experiencia increíble! Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el hotel. Las instalaciones modernas y muy bien cuidadas. La habitación era cómoda , bien equipada y con limpieza diaria. El desayuno superó nuestras expectativas: variado, fresco y muy bien presentado. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos y recomendáremos a nuestros familiares y amigos.”

“My partner and I stayed at Las Arenas from 10th - 20th August. From the minute we arrived we experienced fantastic customer service. Every member of staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They were all dressed immaculately in beautifully co ordinated uniforms which complemented the hotel colours. Every member of staff could not do enough to help. The hotel was spotless and our room was lovely with plenty storage for clothes, good air con, fabulous shower, TV with some UK channels, a free safe and a lovely much needed fridge. Our room was cleaned and supplied with fresh towels daily, towels were also provided for pool area! We always managed to get a sun bed after breakfast and the pool bar and staff worked hard to meet everybody’s needs. The breakfast experience was incredible with outstanding service. The staff in the restaurant were the most organised and efficient I’ve ever experienced. The food was beautifully cooked with a massive variety of everything you could want for breakfast! The omelettes were my personal favourite. The staff work hard to ensure everything is fresh and well presented! The roof top bar was stunningly beautiful the views amazing. The drinks were very reasonably priced and the staff again attentive and efficient! There was live music every night either there or the bar on the ground floor. Another massive positive is the position of this hotel it is very central and perfect for access to all areas of Benalmadena! I can honestly say this is the best hotel experience I have ever had well done to you all at Las Arenas! 👏”
