“We had a very good stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Barcelona Aeropuerto. The reception staff were extremely informative and helpful from the start. Check-in was smooth, everything was clearly explained, and the overall service felt professional and welcoming. The room was a good size, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was big, very clean and well maintained. After a long trip, that comfort really makes a difference. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and soft drinks in the room — such a nice touch when you arrive tired. However the service in the restaurant was excellent for our family. Diego, the restaurant supervisor was more than helpful and provided us with absolutely excellent service and was more than attentive to our needs which was very much appreciated.”
