“Our experience at Melia was great! Our room was a little outdated but still very clean. Every single interaction with staff was amazing. Maykol and Israel in the buffet treated us so kindly and made it fun to go down to dinner every night. They were so accommodating with my gluten allergy and I only had one night where I struggled to find something. There are always gluten-free options at the other three restaurants! I wish there was a little bit more variety to the buffet but compared to other resorts I have been to they did a good job. If there was one change I could make about this resort would be music. At the pool and at the bars they only play "lobby music". It would have been such a better experience to hear quality music throughout the day and especially at night when drinking. Our favorite activity was karaoke and the beach party so I would highly recommend getting involved with anything you can!”
