“My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Paradisus. We came for our honeymoon and it was so beautiful! The weather was perfect. The resort was just gorgeous. The landscaping crew is always hard at work making this resort look beautiful. We loved all of the staff here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Nidia at the Ginger Bar was an absolute angel. She is such a hard worker and always made my husband and I feel so welcome. She is so friendly and attentive. Carlos on the concierge staff was more than helpful. Such a friendly person and always there to help up with whatever we needed. Carlos down by the beach front seats was also super kind and helpful. Guadalupe is an extremely hard worker. She never stops! She was super attentive and friendly. The wait staff was always kind and on top of everything. The resort was always super clean and our room was always neat and tidy. We would come back to Paradisus for sure!”

“This hotel was outstanding. Great customer service and the food was tremendous, which isn’t always the case at all – inclusives. We stayed at the reserve which allowed us to have all the amenities and a concierge. I would highly recommend them. Also our concierge, Juventino was tremendous.”

“This resort is beautiful with friendly staff and guests. Very clean, and green with delicious food. Adult only, clean pool, all-inclusive and plenty of activity, including a pickleball court that's good enough to play some games. You don't need to book the restaurants for the dinner, so the restaurants are available when you need different cuisine.”

“My wife and I stayed for 5 days (in the reseve area) and were amazing, the resort is small but with a great structure, good restaurants and swimming pools, but the service was what stood out. Excellent employees who have served us very well without expecting to receive tips in return. Highlight for the breakfast attendants, very cordial!”

“Very beautiful compared to Cancun etc. highly recommend Cabo. Is like the desert falls into the ocean. Very safe compared to other parts of Mexico. Hop in a cab and go see the towns. Felt very safe. It’s more like an island vibe. Service was top notch”

“Just got back from 6 wonderful days at Paradisus (we are a couple in our 50s). We were looking for a chill vibe with decent food and drink and very happy with our choice. Pros: * Chill/relaxed vibe (if that's what you are looking for). There were folks having fun in the main pool area, but nothing you'd describe as boisterous. * Friendly staff * Reserve section was great: premium liquor, a separate (quiet) pool and lounge area, dedicated restaurant (Sante) for breakfast and lunch, dedicated service (thank you Arim! You were great), private lounge with great views and your own check in/out, closer to the beach, and a very helpful concierge who could make your restaurant reservations and other things (thanks for everything Carlos!) * One of the only places you can dip in the ocean (they have a small beach where swimming is allowed, and there are cabanas and bar service down there) * Whale watching from the pool! * Very convenient to be basically halfway between SJDC and Cabo San Lucas (we went to both - eg Acre and art walk in SJDC, whale watch out of CSL). It's basically 20 minutes to each and Ubers were zero wait at the resort. * Food is decent overall - in particular we thought lunches were great at Agua Marina (blackened fish tacos, shrimp tacos, ceviche...) and the food truck (hot dog and shrimp quesadilla) * The coffee and ice cream shops are really nice to have right there in the main area Cons: * Might be too chill for some people * Main pool might be a bit cool for some (it's not heated), although plenty of people were in it * Dinners were so-so for us: the Asian was decent, but the Italian wasn't great (way too salty), the steak house was meh, Sante (international) was fine but not amazing. All is all, we really liked this place and would definitely return. The food nets out as "ok/decent" but I'd fully believe it is better than the average all-inclusive. Pro tip: check the rates thru Costco Travel, we got a good rate + Costco gift card kicker.”

“We had the best experience at this adult only all inclusive resort. We did not do the reserve status and didn’t feel like we missed out. The service was excellent. It was clean and beautiful. We especially loved the breakfast buffet and Asian restaurant. The rooms were dark and quiet with double shower heads. It wasn’t crowded. There was never a long line at the coffee shop. Great variety of food and drink options. We plan to return!”

“I spent a week at Paradisus in October 2024, and had an absolutely wonderful time. I booked a Reserve Pool Access room and I am very pleased that I did. My room was gorgeous, as well as the adjoining pool. There were times when I was in the pool, the staff could come by and check if I needed anything, which was super helpful. The pool was also quite private, so you could have a nice, quiet dip without an audience. The Reserve provides you with a concierge, and Monse, my concierge was superb. She was incredibly helpful. She would check in with my each day to make sure I had everything I needed booked. She was also able to source me some local mezcal to take home. The facilities were amazing. There was everything I needed for a week of relaxation and indulgence. I would love to return some day, and am looking to stay with another Melia resort on my next vacation.”

“We stayed 6 nights here for our wedding weekend, it was incredible. Diego helped us with every detail of organizing a rehearsal dinner in the weeks leading up to our trip, and made sure everything went perfectly for us. We have been to several all inclusive resorts in Cabo and this one had the best food and drinks by a long shot. All the food tasted freshly made and the drinks were never watered down. Getting a reserve room was definitely worth the extra cost. Having a concierge to book dinners for you (as they fill up fast) and give suggestions, organize transportation, and any other needs was so nice. Also, the restaurant at the reserve was our favorite besides the steakhouse. Everything was always very clean, service was always very friendly, and the location is situated perfectly between downtown Cabo and San Jose, so going in either direction is not a long ride. 10/10, definitely recommend.”
