“Forgot to take picture. However I must say that I had a pleasant night staying at Melia Purosani. 1. Staff is very friendly and professional. 2. Room is clean and spacious. Ordered the family room connecting and it is really spacious and comfy. 3. Breakfast is ok, prefer if they add more variation, but it is ok. 4. Location is strategic.”

“Hotel ini merupakan hotel bintang 5 yang paling dekat dengan Malioboro, untuk hotel bintang 5, biasanya kami memang booking direct langsung dapat harga room yang menarik, dan benar saja kami dapat harga family room yang menarik. Karena high season, proses check in lumayan takes time sampai 1 jam. Mbak resepsionisnya sempat menegur tim housekeeping karena tidak menginfo via HT ketika kamar sudah ready. Karena high season, parkir mobil lumayan penuh, jadi agak jauh dari lobby, bagi kami yg terbiasa exercise hal itu tidak masalah, mungkin akan jadi masalah bagi tamu yg lain. Secara hotel, memang ini hotel agak lama, tp dimaintain dengan cukup baik, bathupnya bersih, furniturenya proper, dan handuk cukup banyak. Di beberapa hotel bintang 5 lainnya, biasanya kami mendapat air mineral 4-6 botol, namun disini kami cuman dapat 2. Dan biasanya untuk hotel2 bintang 5 bahkan bintang 4, sudah menggunakan coffee machine yang memakai tube, tapi di hotel ini masih convensional, dengan kopi instan yang kurang lebih sama dengan hotel2 bintang 3 lainnya. Untuk menu varian breakfast sangat beragam, khas bintang 5, nasi goreng kampungnya yg paling mantab, rasanya medhok. Kebetulan pas kami stay, tidak ada menu dengan daging sapi, yang biasanya untuk hotel bintang 5 tidak ragu untuk menyediakan menu dengan masakan daging sapi. Untuk room service, kami sempat cobain, nasi campur, nasi goreng ayam cabe garam, dan chicken katsu, semuanya enak. Room for improvement : - Ada list menu minuman di room service menu, kebetulan di kedua kamar yg kami tempati tidak ada - Jika possible, mengganti kopi instan dengan kopi on instan atau brand lainnya, would be perfect jika disediakan coffee machine. - Untuk air mineral, barangkali bisa di+ jadi 4 botol instead hanya 2 botol Overall hotel ini cukup satisfying untuk hotle bintang 5 dengan akses terdekat di malioboro”

“Honestly - the best hotel at this price point. Breakfast had a lot of choices. The room was very clean and thumbs up to the house keeping staff. They had turn down service which helped us since our baby made a mess everyday. The club access is definitely a plus and would recommend it. The pool is the highlight. It is a relatively small pool but so full of life. Our baby loved the pool. The koi pond is nice and you can feed the fishes. All the restaurants served great food. Thumbs up to the staff in the chinese restaurant and El Patio. They also had a cooking lesson for children - our baby loved it. I think this is a one off thing (check with reception).”

“Hotel Melia Purosani salah satu hotel terbaik di Jogjakarta, 14-16 Pebruari 2026 kami menginap di Hotel Melia Purosani Jogjakarta, tempatnya strategis depannya ada masjid, mau ke Malioboro jalan kaki cuma 4 menit, saat sarapan menunya juga enak-enak dan banyak pilihan, tempat parkirnya juga luas, kolam renangnya juga lucu, deket dengan supermarket Progo dan oleh-oleh Bakpia Kukus. Temen² yang mau jalan² atau ada tugas di Jogja Hotel Melia Purosani bisa jadi tempat istirahat yg nyaman dan menyenangkan.”

“We had a pleasant and wonderful stay in this hotel , our room was clean & comfortable . Staffs are polite and very helpful plus always smiling . The breakfast was good with variety of local dishes and also international .Overall I'm very happy with our stay plus our tour we went around , definitely I want to come back to this hotel , if I'm ever visiting Yogyakarta again . I would like to pen a special note of appreciation to Astrindo travel services in Melia hotel , honestly everything you guys arranged for us was excellent !!! Dharma our driver , his spoken English very good , knowledgeable chap with great public relations skills . A small note I want to add here , during our travels across the globe , there are times , we need to wake up and leave the hotel as early 330am or 4 am ( local time ) for our tour itinenary , never never I came across so far during my travels , kitchen can prepare a breakfast box with a variety like mineral water , orange juice , some sandwiches & some pastries like what Melia hotel did for us , at 330 am ( local time ) breakfast boxes were ready for pick up at the hotel concierge .Truly a service orientated hotel . Your gesture preparing our breakfast boxes at 330am took me a huge surprise but nevertheless I shall always remember this . We re avid traveller but only some travels make us feel very happy when we returned home , you guys definitely one of them .Keep up your great services all of you .”
