As expected from entrance to exit the hotel is very quiet and very cosy. The reception was great from the gentleman’s are working there. We went for a quick walk and when we went back the gentleman in the front desk is very polite and friendly with a nice smile. Room was very nice and very clean. I did liked it. That greetings Ben extended to the room by having a good welcome card from the guest relations dep, with a very nice card was writing by hand not printed “it’s mean a lot” and thank you very much for that. Keep up the good work guys. I did this article review and am still staying for almost a week. First impressions mean a lot,

Service in lobby was great. Service in restaurant on 2nd floor was terrible. Food not that good. Location bad only thing near was the metro. All attractions were far away.in business district no other restaurants around close by to eat. Hard to get to. Would not pick that hotel again

Just returned from a 7 night stay. From the moment we were greeted at the coach drop -off point when the smiling concierge came out to collect our cases, the holiday didn’t disappoint. Of all the hotels we stopped at on the way, the Paradisus by Melia Salinas was head and shoulders above them all. Staff were all absolutely lovely, particularly Lucia on Reception - a Melia star ⭐️. Pool area great, food choice great, drinks and included minibar great, service whilst sitting in the bar areas and outside very quick and efficient. We popped to the beach bar a few times later afternoon after being at the pool, and a fab way to end the day before the evening meal and entertainment. The room was first class too, with the biggest bed we’ve ever seen and oh so comfy. Balcony view over the pool and the sea was fab. We also tried out the spa with. 50 minute massage which was oh so good and relaxing. All in all faultless and a big shout out to Lucia and the spa ladies - thank you all. We don’t often do a foreign pool/beach holiday and would never think of returning somewhere, but we’re seriously thinking of breaking that rule and going back for longer in the Spring, it was that good.
