“As a long time guest I have to say the ME Cabo is always fantastic, and it truly begins with their staff and excellent service. Starting from my arrival, the valet through to the front desk staff (Raisa at checkout and a gentleman when checking in) as well as Armando & Alex on the Aura team helping then and throughout my stay it was a great start - including the bar staff in the lobby were all very welcoming. While I did not eat on site, the service / staff at the pool were also excellent and my room with the jacuzzi on the pool deck was perfect. I’d highly recommend staying there when in Cabo - I am excited to return in the future. Sorry if I forgot everyone’s name but again the staff were great!”

“My second stay at this property. I appreciate that many of the restaurants have A/C and are comfortable. In my experience many resort hotels have only (or mostly) open air restaurants. Fine for lunch in swimwear but even in shorts outdoor meals can be very uncomfortable. I had a reserve room and I suggest booking in the reserve section if your budget can tolerate it. The reserve pool was never crowded and the service there was good. The reserve section at the beach was also nice. Keep in mind that even though the resort has a swimming beach (fairly unusual for Cabo) there typically is a strong undertow. I found the food to be pretty good as far as all inclusive resorts go. not great but better than many all inclusive resorts. I also found the choice of alcohol to be ok but choices are more expansive if you book a reserve room. I did not like the check in. Far too long. And I really did not appreciate that the hotel failed to act on the detailed messages I sent a week or so before check in. They dropped the ball on a couple of other things as well but no place is perfect. My personal concierge, Catalina de Luna, was very good. Most staff were good and deserve to be tipped as appropriate.”

“Edgar was very attentive to us. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. My favorite was the focaccia bread! Perfection!! The calamari was tough or too chewy. Other than that we enjoyed everything.”
