“I can honestly say our stay exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness and overall maintenance was down to the continued hard working staff. No matter what time of day there was every effort made by the various teams to keep their designated areas pristine. All the staff were very polite and friendly. They went above and beyond with everybody. However, personally the pool bar staff We named them the 3 Amigo’s … Katarina, Savi and Costa. Were exceptional. Such lovely happy people. The food was amazing! Huge choice to cater for everyone. It was delicious and made from fresh top quality produce. The Greek meals were very authentic traditional and typically that you might find in Greek family home. Every service was so efficiently managed by the staff even peak times there was a table available. They all worked flat out to clear and clean ready for the next patrons. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 12 nights and met lost of people from various countries and not once did we hear other than praise and complaints about the food. It’s only a short journey to the Old Town which is worth several visits so much to be experienced. The only thing I could fault the location is that it’s quite a walk to find any other decent bars or restaurants. The couple near the hotel are not worth visiting. The little supermarket and gift shop near by were good though. The hotel though fairly large is run more like a family enterprise. All happy this must be due to the Management in particular Mr. Panayotis, who could be found at various times during the day laughing and joking with not only the customers but the staff. He would step in and lend a hand when needed and treated everybody equally and with the respect. Something unusual in such a large environment.”Hotel ansehen
