“This is a very nice hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. We didn’t pay extra for The Level, and I don’t think it would have added anything to the experience. The room (premium sea view) was not particularly large but it was comfortable. Fresh towels and bottled water daily which was good. I have no idea who decided to put deckchairs on the balconies but they are incredibly uncomfortable and I doubt many people actually sit on them! The pool area had lots of seating. We only used the pool in the afternoon but we usually managed to find a sun lounger. The staff were very attentive and it was easy to order drinks. The breakfast buffet looked great, but like the Melia hotel we visited last year, the bacon wasn’t real rashers but appeared to be reformed meat, and was chewy and completely tasteless. The strawberry “jam” was like the pretend strawberry syrup you put on ice cream and definitely had no actual pieces of fruit in it. It seemed cheap for a hotel that certainly isn’t! The other choices were mostly ok. We ate once in Cape Nao and I was served a raw burger. I sent it back and it came back still raw. I couldn’t eat it, and to be fair, I wasn’t charged for it. The hotel is a bit out of town so it is quite a walk to the nearest beach, especially when it’s hot. I didn’t realise this when I read the hotel description but perhaps that’s my fault. We took a taxi to Niu Blau beach twice for 10 euros each way. There are loads of restaurants in the town so I’d recommend bed and breakfast as there are so many options.”

“Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Gran Meliá de Mar und möchten Jamie vom Pool-Service besonders hervorheben. Er war unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und herzlich, hat uns stets bestens mit Getränken versorgt und sich rührend um unsere Liegen gekümmert. Sein aufmerksamer und persönlicher Service hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich noch schöner gemacht. Vielen Dank, Jamie, für diesen tollen Service. Sie sind wirklich ein großartiger Mitarbeiter und ein echtes Aushängeschild für das Gran Meliá de Mar.”

“We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Mim Mallorca and honestly cannot fault our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful, and you could really tell that they genuinely cared about making our stay special. The staff truly went above and beyond for us, and the attention to detail throughout our stay was honestly amazing. As they knew I was staying to celebrate my birthday, they surprised us when we arrived with champagne, a lovely card and fresh fruit, which was such a beautiful touch. On my actual birthday, they went above and beyond again and left another bottle of champagne, a cake and another birthday card in our room. They also helped my boyfriend organise a birthday surprise for me, including ordering flowers for him to give me, and even set up my birthday gifts beautifully in the room while we were out. These little details made my birthday and our whole trip feel so much more special. One thing that really touched us was the attention to detail from the staff. One morning at breakfast, Lourdes greeted us and said hello using both of our names. We were genuinely surprised and thought it was such a lovely personal touch, especially because she had remembered our names from the previous day when she had served us at the bar. It may seem like something small, but moments like that really made us feel welcomed and remembered as guests. They didn’t just go above and beyond while we were at the hotel either. They even sent us an email with recommendations of things we could do while in Mallorca, along with a map showing different places to visit. What made this even more special was that the recommendations were from places they had personally tried themselves, or that their close family and friends had experienced, so we knew the recommendations were genuine and trustworthy. It was such a thoughtful thing to do and really helped us make the most of our time in Mallorca. The staff were always ready to help with anything, no matter how small. One time I accidentally got locked out of our room while my boyfriend was in the shower, so I went down to reception and they gave me a new key straightaway without any fuss. Another time, while I was doing my makeup on the balcony, something accidentally fell onto the balcony of the room next door. I called reception and they spoke to the guests in the other room and helped retrieve it for me straight away. It might sound like small things, but the fact that they were always so quick and willing to help really stood out to us. The breakfast was also amazing, with so much variety and plenty of choice. Our bedroom was beautiful, aesthetic and exactly the kind of place you want to stay in when you’re away on holiday. We genuinely have no complaints about our stay. The staff made our experience so much better and made us feel so welcomed and looked after from beginning to end. We will most definitely be returning to Hotel Mim Mallorca in the future. A very special shoutout to AB, Lucia, Lourdes, Maria Ortiz and Marcelo Caballero. We didn’t catch everyone’s names during our stay, but every member of staff we interacted with was so lovely, friendly and helpful. Thank you to the whole team for going above and beyond, making my birthday so special and making our stay in Mallorca so memorable. We really appreciate everything you did for us! ❤️”

“Nice hotel. Good selection of breakfast. Staff friendly. The bar man Bruno was amazing! Makes great cocktails and always friendly and smiling! Thanks so much! I would recommend this hotel as pretty central to everything and lots of breakfast options. Only downside where the beds and fresh towels but other than that we enjoyed our stay :)”
