“Vacanza relax Siamo stati accolti dalle receptionist molto simpatiche, indicandoci la camera Camera con balconcino vista oceano, molto graziosa, spaziosa…pulizia in camera ogni giorno con asciugamani pulite Servizio mezza pensione Colazione e cena sempre a buffet Cena in accoglienza c’è una ragazza molto simpatica e gentile Camerieri/e di Sala velocissimi e super attente agli ospiti Ogni giorno ci sono attività varie, ogni sera attrazioni e spettacoli diversi… (Piscine esterne a parer mio da rivedere) Ci siamo trovati bene Grazie allo staff ! “Ottima posizione, panorama spettacolare (stanza 10° piano), colazione e cena discrete e abbondanti, gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, presenza del bidet in bagno, letti comodi. Miglioreri la pulizia utilizzando prodotti disinfettanti nel bagno e passando bene scopa e straccio da lavare su pavimenti camera anche sotto i letti.”

“my first holiday abroad, so don't have much experience to base it on! hotel was adequate - not luxury, but it did the job. we were on the far left side of A block and the noise from las veronicas strip was moderate. I've heard the hotel is going to be undergoing renovations and refurbs so not going to comment too much on the decor and furnishings. cleanliness was adequate - could be better, but could be MUCH worse. staff were all lovely and went above and beyond to help us - special mention to one of the ladies who was hosting the all-inclusive dinner buffet, unfortunately didn't get her name but she had curly hair and wore reading glasses! pools were good, could be more immersive in terms of fountains/water features/slides etc, but it was perfectly fine. entertainment wasn't great, even just hosting a karaoke or talent show for the residents would add so much! food was impeccable, all in all we would definitely stay again, and look forward to seeing what the hotel has in store for the future!”
