“I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. I found some of the negative reviews surprising, as they did not reflect my stay. It’s important to have realistic expectations—this is not a five-star hotel, but it delivers outstanding value for what you pay. From the food and entertainment to the overall service, everything was impressive. The room was spotless, and housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout our stay. Even on days when we did not require cleaning, staff still checked in to see if we needed any additional items, which I found particularly thoughtful. The staff were consistently accommodating, friendly, and helpful, which made a significant difference to our overall experience. The food was also excellent, offering both quality and variety. The hotel’s location, right on the strip, was very convenient. Despite this, noise levels were not an issue—even my boyfriend, who is quite sensitive to noise, found it perfectly manageable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.”

“Nos hemos llevado una grata y positiva impresión, teníamos nuestras dudas por la zona en la que se encuentra, pero ha sido una sorpresa!! La habitación tenía unas vistas maravillosas, mucha luz, vistas a la piscina y al mar, la habitación tenía lo necesario una mini nevera para poder meter cositas, escritorio Con silla, mesa y sillas en el balcón y un baño completo con bañera y amenidades. El equipo de animación pequeño pero matón, un grupito joven con mucha energía, de lo simpáticos que fueron acabamos haciendo Aquagym y nos lo pasamos muy bien, hacen que la gente se conozco y salga sonriendo, especialmente Dani y Noe. El desayuno estuvo bien, tiene un horario amplio y el almuerzo también nos gustó. La ubicación esta genial tanto para salir a tomar algo como para ir a caminar por la mañana por el paseo viendo el mar. Gracias especialmente a Carolina de Gex quien hizo que nos sintiésemos mimadas y cómodas. El hotel está bien, pero las personas son las que le dan valor de verdad a la experiencia.Volveremos!!!”

“Pffff... reservamos 4 noches...aguantamos 3... lo peor de todo es el ruido de los borrachos de todo incluido y de los restaurantes de al lado! Eso era interminable! Hasta las 2,5- 3 de la madrugada cantando tipo caraoke.... quien puede más!!! Los baños muy viejos y gastados, el secador de pelo muy viejo y NO FUNCIONAba. Estuvimos en el piso 9... aun así nos llegaba la marcha de abajo... si son vacaciones de descanso- no es el sitio adecuado... si quiereis marcha y borrachos- adelante! Esta en primera linea del mar, no tiene playa, pero si- un precioso paseo maritimo!”

“Great location sea views from our room amazing people there were all really nice we was lucky with the weather 25 in February. We went on a boat trip bit disappointing as didn't see the dolphins but chose a booking outside of the hotel. Nice Spa local and beach clubs and the hard rock cafe lots of posh shops. No complaints really apart from the wifi and data service from my work lap top missed a meeting. The buffet food was nice as all inclusive. Not much chose for cocktails but the beach bars local have a good choice of cocktails. Towels on sunbeds all day some days not enough sunbeds perhaps need some more. The entertainment team was really good lots of activities. Good location for pick up to exclusions days out. The monkey park is local we had a taxi pick up. Ideal family hotel relaxing.”

“English: This hotel is truly a pleasure. I traveled alone and I really want to compliment them. Even though it is a large hotel, everything is very well organized and runs smoothly. My room had a sea view and it was spacious. The cleaning service is excellent. The breakfasts are very good, and the hotel location is also fantastic. One of the best things is that there is a great walking and running path right in front of the hotel. I would definitely recommend it with confidence.”

“Arrived late and was given a room on level one, I was sure I booked with a city view. Asked for a change and was put on 7th floor with great view and sun from 8am til likely 3pm. Staff helpful. Back door gate straight onto the crashing waves on the rocks. Breakfast, there is a huge selection but I was nt feeling it. This is next to Veronica's strip and as a solo traveller after 6pm leaving the hotel you do get a lot of hassle coming and going. Few girls got hassle too. You do have to either go down car park ramp, stairs or an underpass to get to hotel. There is security at hotel. The Veronica's strip is a catch 22 as it's a bit of a reason for booking there but at same time you do need to be on your guard.”

“I stayed here mid February with my mum for her 60th birthday. I dont normally write reviews but felt I had to share my experience. To be very truthful, I read the reviews and was very close to paying extra and changing hotels, I even emailed Easyjet to see if this would be possible. I am so glad we didn't! When the coach pulled up to drop us off, I thought we must of been in the wrong place! The reception area was clean and spacious with a clear view of a great pool area & the beach. The reception staff were very friendly & welcoming. We stayed in Block A room 303 and I was pleasantly surprised with the room too, it was clean, big enough and not half as dated as I prepared myself it to be! It's definitely not newly renovated and could do with an update, but my understanding is that that is in the pipeline. Due to reviews, as soon as we got in, we checked the bed for bugs, we stripped both beds just to be sure and found no evidence of anything, nor were either of us bit. The bathroom was very big with the option of a shower or bath. We stayed half board and the food was great. I'm a vegetarian and had so many healthy options, I didn't see any cross contamination with utensils either. All food was labelled clearly so I could tell what I was eating. They had a selection of different milks for tea and cereal too, dairy, oat etc. The hotel is right on the beach front & the pool is very well maintained. We had no issues at all with the noise at night, you can hear music but it sounded distant and with the TV on we couldn't hear hardly anything. There's also English channels in the TV. There's a reasonably price shop attached to the hotel, they give you sugar for free too which is nice:) Definitely bring an extension lead, I did and was glad of it. They do sell them in the hotel shop too though. Sol Tenerife exceeded my expectations & I would recommend this hotel & hope to come back soon”

“FATE ATTENZIONE SICUREZZA SCADENTE …. Sono arrivato alle 11,30 e come la maggior parte degli hotel non ha le camere pronte. Mi hanno fatto depositare il bagaglio in una camera di sicurezza, con un vigilantes con il manganello contro le aggressioni, la cosa strana è che in questa camera di sicurezza possono accedere tutti e prendere ciò che vogliono, senza essere controllati, infatti a me hanno rubato un paio di scarpe da 200€ poiché il vigilantes era in giro a farsi gli affari suoi.
