“(septiembre 2024) Como segunda reseña casi un año después de la anterior y con otras dos estancias entre una y otra, y un total baja un poco de la anterior , principalmente por notar falta de personal en algunos casos, y falta del plus que necesitaría una estancia LEVEL TODO INCLUIDO. Puntualizar la experiencia del Pico Negro, por no dar el nivel esperado en cuanto a calidad y por seguir sin entender lo de no tener bebidas incluidas, siendo las mismas del resto del hotel, destacar que nivela la nota la atención de Mikaela. En cuanto al personal, si que seguimos teniendo la reseña mas alta, en un 90%, pues esto hace que pierdan importancia otras faltas. Como siempre no recuerdo todos los nombres, pero si algunos. Ramón de piscina LEVEL gran persona, Animación Leila una crack, Miguel Chef siempre pendiente, Juanma 2º Chef, Cristo y Aythamy también cocina, Irene de recepción Level, la señora de la habitación que no recuerdo nombre, Servicio de camareros, como no Angelica, Miguel, Johan, Isel, Cristian, Daniel, Carlos, Letis, Hector, Yeray el duro, en equipajes nuestro viejo amigo Alexis. Por favor disculparme por que me olvido seguro de alguno. El servicio de desayunos del Cosa Nosta muy bien, pero no recuero nombres. Destacar que echamos de menos a Laura en buffet y esperamos que pronto se recupere. Un gran lujo conoceros a todos, agradeceros la atención y el cariño. Abrazo a todos, deseándoos lo mejor en la vida. Nos vemos muy pronto. Gracias también por todos los detalles que ha tenido el hotel en la habitación en nuestra estancia. “Wir waren eine Woche im Mélia Jardines del Teide und waren wirklich zufrieden in dem Hotel. Das gesamte Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und wirklich immer freundlich. Man merkte, dass es ein super Betriebsklima in dem Haus ist. Die Aussicht und die gesamte Badelandschaft war super schön. Vor allem der Turm, von den aus man fast über die gesamte Costa Adeje sehen kann hat uns echt begeistert und ist auf alle Fälle ein Foto wert. Das Essen war sehr lecker und es gab wirklich von allem etwas. Das Essen in dem Restaurant Casa Nostra und im Pico Negro war exzellent und richtig umwerfend. Leider war es am Abreisetag nicht so toll. Wir wurden erst um 14:45 Uhr abgeholt um zum Flughafen zu fahren und durften nicht mehr zum Mittagsbuffet gehen obwohl wir All Inklusive gebucht hatten. Da waren wir schon enttäuscht muss ich sagen.”

“Das Hotel selbst ist sehr ästhetisch und jung. Das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Workshops und Kurse unterhaltsam und mitreißend (vor allem der Glas Workshop, Yoga, Cycle usw.). Das Zimmer (Level) war sehr großzügig und die Aussicht wunderschön.”

“Rooms would have had 5* if the blooming toilet seat would stay up. Also sink in 402 doesn't drain properly. Service would have had 5* if they hadn't failed to restock minibar 4 days in a row. And warning, if you have a late return flight you will have to pay €20 per head for lunch on last day, even though you didn't have lunch on your first day. Seems a bit mean. Location is ok but not much to do on the steep hills unless you have a hire car. Overall, recommended.”

“Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, das über mehrere Etagen am Berg entlang gelegen ist. Der Pool auf der Etage "-1" und die Rezeption auf der 5. Das Buffet ist riesig und mit viel Abwechslung versehen. Die Zimmer sind top und sehr ruhig. Es war ein toller Ort zum Ausspannen und Abschalten!”

“Hemos vivido una experiencia LEVEL muy recomendable. Mención muy especial al personal del hotel siempre atento y amigable. Ramón nos "mimó" en la piscina con sus cocktails y su personalidad agradable y cariñosa. La comodidad de las instalaciones y el buen hacer de sus empleados nos han hecho disfrutar de unos días muy agradables. Las actuaciones nocturnas a la altura. Gracias Fernando por ser tan resolutivo e implicado. Eres de esas personas que uno se alegra de haber conocido. Tal y como te prometímos mi mujer (Anaga) y yo, volveremos a vernos en este fantástico hotel.”

“Hemos viajado desde Pontevedra y pasamos 7 días en el hotel. Las instalaciones son maravillosas y el personal que trabaja en el hotel son de 10, especialmente Jesús ( bar de la piscina) y Daniel ( camarero del restaurante Mosaico), siempre atento y simpático. Gente como ellos hacen que en tan sólo una semana se les coja cariño.”

“Absolute heaven on earth, and just the break we needed. We booked all inclusive, and honestly we didn't feel like missed out on anything in 'The Level' package. All the cocktails were included, and we even had discounts at the on site restaurants. The mealtime buffet was incredible, a huge selection of hot and cold foods, a different selection every day - I loved trying everything! The hotel itself is beautiful, staggered down the hillside across its levels, with picturesque paths in between. A modern feel throughout, and impeccably clean in all areas. I'd recommend going up the tower and admiring the view! I'd love to give a special mention to the staff, who were the most friendly, helpful hotel staff I have ever met. Our every need was met at every point. I'd also like to say an extra thank you to Alice at the reception desk - she was always smiling, and happy to help, whether it was helping us book a taxi, or getting us into the restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful holiday - we would love to come back one day!”

“Arrived around 11.30 pm after a long day travelling. The Male receptionist insisted on taking me to my room, which I appreciated rather than me trying to find it from the map. A plate of cold meats and cheeses was available in the restaurant. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Fridge and safe are free under AI. The complex is fabulous. It is absolutely stunning and everywhere is kept spotlessly clean. Lifts or stairs are available from level 5, which is restaurant and reception down to -1, which is the pool area and well-being centre. The food was ok. As with most AI buffets, it could have been hotter...main problem was no labelling, although staff were happy to help. A couple of evenings I had quite a wait for service for some water as they start clearing away tables before 9pm to reset for breakfast even though it's open until 10pm. All staff I met were pleasant and cheerful, and couldn't do enough for you. The complex demands amazing views but the downside is it does sit on a hill. It is an easy walk into town or the beach..around 15 minutes. A bit longer coming back up the hill. Entertainment from 7.30pm every evening . In summary, I had a fabulous relaxing break and would definitely return.”
