“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jardines Del Teide. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Roque at the entrance of the hotel. He immediately made us feel at home with his friendly smile and helpful attitude. Roque took the time to walk us through all the hotel’s amenities and provided excellent local recommendations for things to do and places to visit in the area, which we truly appreciated. His personal touch made a big difference, and his professionalism was evident as he ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city. We will definitely return. You have a great team of professionals.”

“Fin de semana de desconexión absoluta en un lugar de ensueño en este hotel situado en Playas las Américas Tenerife. Ya habíamos estado hacía 5 años y ha mejorado mucho con respecto a nuestra visita anterior. Check in diferenciado en zona Red level que te hacen sentir muy exclusivo con todo tipo de atenciones. La habitación una júnior suite red level con acceso a la piscina muy amplia con un baño con vistas a la habitación muy curioso. Muchas felicidades al hotel y a sus trabajadores que han estado pendientes de nosotros en todo momento.”

“Almorzamos en el restaurante Pico Negro del Meliá Jardines del Teide y la calidad de la comida nos sorprendió! ✨ Pedimos una dorada y un beef de angus, y ambos platos estaban deliciosos. El pescado, súper fresco, y la carne, increíblemente tierna. La cantidad y la presentación fueron excelentes... Para el postre, nos recomendaron un suspiro limeño, no habíamos probado algo igual en la isla!! Además, el ambiente solo para adultos hace que la experiencia sea aún más relajada y disfrutable. Si buscas buena comida en un entorno exclusivo, este sitio no falla 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼”

“Het was onze elfde maal dat we dit hotel boekte. Nu was het wel adult only. Onberispelijke service in restaurants en bars heel vriendelijk personeel. Juan Carlos-Angel-Isel,en dikke pluim voor Salem.(restaurant) Bar zwembad level ;Ramon,Olga. Alice van Receptie en Adrian en Beatriz van de bar groot zwembad. “Mi marido y yo hemos tenido la fortuna de estar en este hotel y francamente que la experiencia ha sido fantástica. Ha sido todo un descubrimiento empezando por las instalaciones, la comodidad, la decoración y los diferentes espacios con los que cuenta según las necesidades que se precisen. La zona de los jardines y las diferentes piscinas todo un lujo para disfrutar del sol y de las distintas actividades que se programan. Pudimos disfrutar de una magnífica cena en el restaurante Pico Negro donde fuimos muy bien atendidos por Iñaki e Isel. Hasta el restaurante nos acompañó muy amablemente Gonzalo que en todo momento estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y de cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Del mismo modo nos sentimos muy bien atendidos por Juan y por el resto del personal, el trato ha sido excelente. Enhorabuena por el buen hacer y la profesionalidad que se respira a cada paso que dimos en este magnífico hotel. Gracias por todo. Volveremos.”

“Especial agradecimiento a Toni y a Irene que nos recibieron de maravilla el primer día en la recepción del Level y nos trataron con mucho cariño durante toda nuestra estancia. Nos gustaría mencionar también la simpatía de Cintia que vimos por primera vez en el desayuno  y de Olga en el lobby bar, el profesionalismo de Rogelio y de la responsable del desayuno del level. Disfrutamos especialmente la variedad del desayuno en Mosaico, la piscina principal y sus smoothies, las atenciones en la habitación, y los aperitivos en el Level ! “We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at this hotel. We booked direct and upgraded to half board at The Level which was excellent and well worth the money. The facilities including pool, lounge, bar and seating areas were all good, with lovely planting which is well maintained. But for us the thing that really made this hotel special were the staff, all of whom were cheerful, hospitable and keen to engage and help in any way they could. This meant everyone, including pool and domestic staff. The Level reception staff, including Irene, Helena, Danielle and Oriel, were excellent, helping us settle in, providing advice and information and even lending us a box of dominoes! The Activities team, including Viano, Melissa, Ropi and Leila, were fun, engaging and encouraged participation in a broad range of creative and interesting activities, all of which we really enjoyed, particularly the jewellery workshop (which brought in Rosina from Letiz Glass who was excellent) and Juan Carlos a professional artisan who helped us make individual soaps. The cocktail making workshop, hosted by Mihaela from the Pico Negro restaurant on site, was both informative and delicious! The staff in the various eateries were all very hospitable, friendly and efficient in their service. At the Level breakfast and Lounge bar area, Lisbet and Angelica were wonderful and engaging hosts. The evening entertainment was really good. There was always an early set which, if you chose to sit out on the terrace of the Mosaic restaurant for dinner, provided a lovely background to the sunset, and included live violin and saxophonist as well as curated DJ sounds. And the later main events were always great, with a mixture of excellent local musicians and singers as well as a Brazilian dance/acrobatic group. We particularly enjoyed the Cuban duo Eclipse who were fabulous, and another duo with Spanish guitar and vocalist (sadly I can’t recall their names) who got many of us up and dancing! Ropi and Viano were always energetic and great at encouraging participation in whatever was going on. We were in need of a really restful week, and this hotel, especially the staff, made it a wonderful stay. Thank you! We hope to return for more sunbathing and fun!”
