“Lovely hotel - clean, well equipped, beautiful, good location. The pool was really nice & you could get food & drinks poolside. Entertainment on in the lobby of the hotel of an evening which was always pleasant. Breakfast was lovely. Loved getting a massage in the spa. Reception staff were so helpful. Room was nice. Would definitely recommend and go back.”

“Sadly coming to the end of a most enjoyable week at the Melia. Super hotel at a marvellous location. I've never seen such an apetizing amount and range of food on offer... some of which could have been warmer.... so likely to be going home several pounds heavier. All staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. A call must go out though to Valentina who is "lovely". Also to Sara who had spent two years in Ireland so we had something in common. Very happy to recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel looks lovely - the design is classy and everything feels pretty polished. Our room too was spotless and had everything you would need. The cleaners did an excellent job. A minor thing was there was no fan in the bathroom so it got a bit steamy and there was water damage at the bottom of the door where the bathroom had flooded. We loved the entertainment too, with an incredible saxophonist on one night. The bar was fab too and drinks were delicious. The food was the main negative. We only had breakfast which was pretty cold and uninspiring. One of the main issues was that nothing was labelled so you had no idea what a lot of it was (e.g. sauces, sandwiches). Looking back at some of the comments I can see this was raised before so not sure why it hasn't been corrected. Things seemed poorly maintained as well, with sauces being mixed together and the fresh honey wall not being replaced the whole time we were there.”
