“I recently stayed here for one night, and I had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk from several major attractions. The on-site amenities, including the rooftop pool and bar, added extra value to my stay. Overall, I felt that the price was reasonable given the quality of the accommodations and services. The parking is at few streets back, El Pilar parking and cost 18€. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Santa Cruz de Tenerife and look forward to returning on my next trip.”

“Nous avons réservé une chambre avec balcon, la chambre très belle avec une vue sur le parc et la mer, grande baie vitrée. Eaux et softs gratuits dans le minibar, très belle déco minimaliste. Le grand plus c’est le petit déjeuner. Le jus d’orange est pressé minute, on adore, le café aussi de bonne qualité lavazza c’était une très belle surprise dont on s’y attendait pas !”

“Really like this modern hotel located in the centre of Santa Cruz. There is a bar on the roof with an infinity pool if that's your thing. Rooms have good lighting, modern AC and plenty of USB sockets”

“The cleanness was outstanding, with the housekeeping team ensuring everything was spotless and well maintained during my stay. The breakfast was great, although there was not many options in warm items, but all the items served super fresh, offering a variety of fresh fruits, smoothies and pastries. I really enjoyed the beautiful view of the pool, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The attention to the details and overall service made my stay enjoyable.”

“INNSIDE by Melia is a perfect choice for the business man for shorter or longer stays, but also the tourist, who wants to explore Tenerife. The hotel is located conveniently in the city center in a more quiet part of it. You can reach all sights and attractions easily on foot from here. The property has nice rooms with very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, minibar and safe, in contemporary design. You find here a good restaurant and bar, also an amazing rooftop bar with views about the city, the ocean and the mountains. During the day you can take a sunbath on the roof terrace and enjoy the unforgettably picturesque views from the glass pool. The staff is really polite, attentive and helpful.”

“Ein schönes Hotel in einer sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbaren Stadt – die Zimmer sind neu, sauber und modern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auf die Gäste konzentriert. Der Pool und die Lounge auf dem Dach ist mal was anderes.Auch das Frühstück am Morgen ist sehr gut gerichtet. Kommen deswegen im Februar wieder um hier zu übernachten.”

“Pues yo fui a las 23:00 y hasta las 00:00-01:00 150 personas partiendo el año de fiesta q ni cabían… y todo muy bien, pero no se si por el perfil de cliente o qué, se vació ya q todos llevábamos horas de fiesta! La próxima vez si hay fiesta de 23:00-4:00, aconsejo no llegar a la mitad…”
