The best team and service in Agave restaurant with Erika,Bea from Cuba and Bea

Het 5* hotel maakt het waar. Zeker als je red level boekt. Kost wel meer, maar daar krijg je wel wat voor terug. Het ontbijt is op het buitenterras aan zee. Ja kan kiezen uit een 10 tal a la carte gerechten en een uitbundig buffet. De kamer met eigen jacuzzi completeert het geheel. Een groot voordeel voor ons was dat het een adults only zone is, waar de rust goed gewaarborgd is. De bediening is top en klantvriendelijkheid staat centraal. Zelfs de buggies worden dagelijks afgestoft😉

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed every second there. The staff really takes care of your needs and is very friendly. Especially the Guest Experience will make sure that everything will be according to your wishes. For example they created a daily baby meal plan. That means all their restaurants were prepared before our breakfasts and dinners and created amazing baby purees. Recommend everybody to talk to their Guest Experience staff. They are all great. Especially, Miriam took excellent care of us. At this hotel you can truly relax and enjoy your time. We will come back here every time we are in Tenerife!

Nuestra estancia en el Palacio de Isora tuvo altos y bajos. Lo mejor, sin duda, fue el restaurante Agave. La experiencia culinaria fue espectacular, y esto se debe al increíble equipo liderado por Bea la cubana, junto con Erika y Bea. Su atención fue impecable, siempre atentos a cada detalle y con una amabilidad que marcó la diferencia. La comida deliciosa y el ambiente acogedor nos hicieron sentir muy a gusto. Sin embargo, no podemos dejar de mencionar que las habitaciones estaban en mal estado y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Es una pena, porque el hotel tiene mucho potencial. A pesar de esto, gracias al equipo del Agave, nuestra estancia tuvo un sabor positivo. ¡Esperamos que mejoren las instalaciones para que todo esté a la altura de su restaurante!

From the very first moment, Bea de Cuba, Erika, Bea, and Victor made us feel at home with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. Their dedication and passion for what they do are reflected in every detail, from their recommendations to the care they put into every dish served.
