“We are currently staying at this hotel,but unfortunately,our experience has been disappointing.The food is average and does not meet the expectations of hotel of this category.What is particularly disappointing is having to pay extra even for drinking water during dinner time. Having to pay separately for basic drinking water at dinner feels unreasonable and takes away from the overall dining experience. We hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and makes improvements.”

“Las habitaciones son cómodas y cumplen perfectamente con lo esperado. Sin embargo, hay algunos aspectos que creemos que deberían mejorar. El hotel está situado en una zona con bastante vida nocturna, por lo que el ruido del exterior se escucha durante la noche, incluso con la puerta del balcón cerrada. Es algo a tener en cuenta, especialmente para quienes tengan el sueño ligero, ya que puede dificultar el descanso. Otro detalle que nos sorprendió fue que, a pesar de contar con un buffet libre, el agua no estuviera incluida durante las comidas y hubiera que comprarla aparte en la barra. Es la primera vez que nos encontramos con esta situación en un hotel. También tuvimos una experiencia un tanto desconcertante con el aparcamiento. A pesar de haber pagado por él, el día de nuestra salida encontramos una nota del hotel en el coche indicándonos que el parking era de pago y pidiéndonos que abonáramos el importe o retiráramos el vehículo. Entendemos que pudo tratarse de un error de gestión, ya que al realizar el pago no nos solicitaron la matrícula. Sin embargo, resulta extraño que, habiéndonos indicado que nuestra tarjeta de habitación nos permitiría acceder al aparcamiento, no constara de alguna manera que ya lo teníamos pagado. Como punto positivo, queremos destacar que el trato del personal fue agradable y correcto durante nuestra estancia. En definitiva, es un hotel con habitaciones confortables y un personal atento, pero con algunos detalles de gestión y servicios que, en nuestra opinión, tienen margen de mejora.”

“A very good hotel. Every staff member lovely easy to communicate with & genuinely helpful. Security on hotel every night is a good thing. Fantastic location. Pool is brilliant could be a bit cleaner but it is very big and a lot of people using it. I am vegetarian and the food at dinner was not good. I usually went down to dinner and had some ice cream and fruit & then I would get take out. Even the vegetable soup had meat stock in it. I feel there is a lot more options they could offer that even meat eaters would like as the pasta was not very nice atall. We will return but just won’t book half board as plenty places near by that cater for my diet but also annoying when you do book half board. Coffee machines not active at dinner I love a coffee after dinner or tea & I think that should be an option instead of having to buy one. Immaculate rooms BIG, thank you to the housekeeping, patient , thorough friendly. Beds not very comfy, but I requested extra pillows and was given them easily. Shower good. It can be noisy if in a pool front room, but it didn’t bother us we liked the hustle and bustle, and liked a pool front room. Good pool entertainment. Suitable for all ages. It’s not luxury but it’s a decent hotel and we had an absolutely amazing holiday absolutely brilliant. Thank you!”

“Really enjoyed out stay here. Great location. Accessible for all. Even have pool access for non-abled-bodied people. Great all types of holiday goers. Beds and pillows aren't the comfiest but they do for a sleep. The food could be better for us. Lots of selections but not great on flavour. For us we wouldn't book half board next time but definitely want to come back to the hotel for future holidays. Staff are friendly and have helped us whenever we have asked.”
