“A wonderful place to stay, the hotel is well presented, the pool area is comfortable and relaxing, the breakfast is delicious and the variety of food available kept it interesting everyday. The staff are exceptional, everyone was very attentive and they could not do enough to ensure we had a remarkable stay. Special mention to David, Luis and Lucia thank you for making our stay even more memorable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the view of the sea is exactly what I was looking for. The bed is very comfortable and the rainfall shower was great. We made use of the spa which you can reserve private access for 1 hour, it was a lovely serene area. You can also book treatments, just ask at reception. My partner liked the gym, and was excited about the brand of the equipment and there was enough equipment to keep him busy for an hour. The hotel is well located, opposite the sea and a short walk to the sandy beaches, there are a variety of restaurants nearby, and the food in the hotel restaurant is great! I would highly recommend staying here.”

“Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Lucia in Empfang genommen und auch David und Marta haben uns immer weiter geholfen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und ebenso die Qualität der Produkte. Den Spa Bereich mit Fitnessraum, Sauna, Hamam und kleines Schwimmbecken mit Whirlpool haben wir regelmäßig besucht. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder und können das Hotel mit seiner tollen Lage nur weiterempfehlen”

“Ich war im Mai für 5 Nächte hier im Hotel und hatte insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Ich wurde sehr freundlich von Lucia und David empfangen und durfte wegen der frühen Anreise die Dusche im Spa-Bereich nutzen, um mich nach der Reise frisch zu machen. Das Design des Hotels und die entspannte Atmosphäre gefielen mir sehr gut. Die Lage ist schön, da man nah am Strand ist, aber nicht direkt zwischen den ganzen großen Hotels. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön und ruhig. Der Poolbereich war entspannt und mein alkoholfreier Cocktail von Mavi (?) war sehr lecker. Beim Frühstück gab es alles, was ich brauchte und ich genoss das Essen an sonnigen Tagen auf der Terrasse. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich! Einige Punkte überraschten mich etwas: das Servicepersonal schien noch etwas uneingespielt miteinander und es lief nicht alles ganz problemlos. Sehr nett war aber, dass ich beim Abendessen wegen meiner vielen Allergien von der großen Karte bestellen konnte, statt der kleineren Halbpension-Karte. Der Spa-Bereich kostete für mich 5€ pro Stunde extra - das war ok für mich, allerdings dachte ich, dass er kostenfrei wäre. Meine indische Massage hier war wirklich super!! Wir hatten das Pech eines Feueralarms in meiner letzten Nacht - hier hätte man etwas frühzeitiger Informationen an Gäste geben können während man draußen wartete. Aber als Entschädigung für den Vorfall wurden mir meine Minibar-Kosten erstattet. Zu den Minibar-Kosten gehörte auch eine Flasche Wasser - sowas sollte im Zimmerpreis grundsätzlich inkludiert sein, finde ich. Alles in Allem war es trotz kleiner Probleme ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt für mich. Vielen Dank!”

“Our stay at MiM couldn’t have been better. From start to finish everthing was fabulous. The check in staff when we arrived were so kind and helpful, especially Lucia who was amazing. She sent me so many lists for food and drink recommendations and printed off bus timetables for going into palma. She couldn’t have been more helpful. All the staff were so kind and accommodating, including cleaners, bar staff, and waiters. The room was clean and modern, and the view over the pool and sea, gorgeous. The food and cocktails were the best of anywhere around! And for the quality of the food, very reasonable. The spa was nice on the days it rained and there’s even a nice gym. The only downside of our stay was that the rooftop bar was closed. Other than that it was one of nicest hotel stays I’ve ever had and if I’m ever back in Mallorca I will 100% stay there again. I think for the quality of our stay, the hotel was very affordable.”
