Mức độ tại Meliá Alicante

Magnífica experiencia: he estado en muchos Meliás de España y The Level de Alicante es hasta la fecha el mejor sin duda. La habitación sencillamente espectacular, la posibilidad de acceder a comida y bebida periódicamente en el Lounge privado es un puntazo. Deseando repetir.

Para mi el reybdenlos hoteles en Alicante. Su entrada es espectacular, las instalaciones son espectaculares. Muy cuidado, instalaviones al dia y el personal muy preparado, amables, atentos y serviciales. Las vistas son insuperables, este hotel es un privilegio que este situado donde esta. Sin duda el mejor hotel de esta ciudad, es enorme, te puedes hasta perder en sus pasillos si no te sabes orientar, la piscina es hermosa y las terrazas igual, no hay pega alguna en este hotel.

Ha sido una experiencia excelente durante tres días para ver Alicante. Buen hotel, cómodo, muy limpio, habitación con terraza con vistas al mar, piscina, restaurante Trasluz riquísimo (arroz a banda muy TOP), en los desayunos hay de todo, el The Level Lounge una delicia para relajarse con una bebida y una tumbona, y sobre todo la atención de todos los empleados a los que les doy un 10 absoluto.

Melia Alicante is excellently located. Shops, restaurants, museums, rdv for activities like catamaran, parasailing are all walking distance. We had stayed here for 12 days last July and we were super pleased with the services (Reception (kudos to Monica, Amin and Cristina!), The Level (Paqui and Racio), Housekeeping (Elena and her alternate), Transluz Restaurant (Sergio) even their nightly bar entertainment). There are two swimming pools (one reserved for the The Level guests) and a bigger one (which has a Pool Bar). We had actually booked for two rooms at the Level. Upon arrival though, we surprisingly learned that the kids (both 15 years old) could not stay as the Level is reserved for adults (18years and above). This was not clear during the booking and there was a misunderstanding when I called to confirm. Anyway, to make the story short, Monica and Cristina did the necessary (Cristina even recommending Melia in Benidorm and Monica assigning us to especially located rooms)to make us stay (parents in the adults section and kids on the general section!). We both had fantastic view of the sea and the beach, the kids on the 2nd floor, just above ours. We were so pleased of our sejour and we would definitely come back in the future : ) PS: I have to highlight that they are very strict with the sanitary safety protocol which was very assuring.
