Our morning breakfast at Mosaico restaurant was the absolute highlight of our stay, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality team. While the food selection is vast and delicious—featuring a fantastic mix of local Vietnamese specialties and international favorites—it is the staff that makes this experience world-class. We want to give a special, heartfelt thank you to Nhung and Hieu. Their outstanding service completely blew us away: Nhung greeted us every morning with the brightest, most welcoming smile. She was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask, and ensuring our table was always flawlessly looked after. Her genuine warmth made us feel right at home. Hieu provided impeccable, highly professional service. She was remarkably fast, ensuring our coffees were always perfectly refilled and checking in on us with a kind, friendly attitude that truly elevated our mornings. Both Nhung and Hieu go completely above and beyond for their guests. They remember personal preferences, offer wonderful hospitality, and bring a joyful energy that sets the perfect tone for the rest of the day. The entire team at Mosaico operates like a finely tuned machine, but the personal care from these two outstanding individuals is what we will remember most. “とても素敵な滞在をさせてもらいました。 スタッフのホスピタリティもよく、笑顔のスタッフが多かったのが印象的です。最後、ホテルを離れる際に言葉を交わした女性スタッフに笑顔は本当に素敵で、去るのが寂しくなったほどです。 旧市街地よりちょっと離れているので落ち着いて過ごせます。とはいえ、10分も歩けばいろいろあるので滞在には困りません。 またスパやカフェも利用しましたが、とてみよかったです。ただ、カフェを利用した日はオーディション番組？か何かがあったようでちょっと騒がしかったですが。 ブレックファーストのバフェも種類が多く、数日訪れても飽きませんし美味しいかったです。 ハノイ再訪の時はぜひまた利用したいと思います。”
