“Mein Aufenthalt im Meliá Frankfurt City war von Anfang bis Ende absolut herausragend. Schon beim Check‑in fühlt man sich willkommen professionell, freundlich und mit echter Gastfreundschaft. Ich hatte eine Junior Suite, und sie war einfach fantastisch: modern, großzügig, extrem sauber und mit einem beeindruckenden Blick über die Stadt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, das Design stilvoll und die Atmosphäre perfekt, um sich sofort wohlzufühlen. Auch der gesamte Service im Haus ist erstklassig. Egal ob Rezeption, Housekeeping oder Restaurant überall wird man mit einem Lächeln empfangen und spürt, dass hier Qualität und Gastzufriedenheit an erster Stelle stehen. Für mich gehört das Meliá Frankfurt City definitiv zu den besten Hotels der Stadt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann es jedem nur empfehle”

“Tolles Hotel für Geschäftsreisen oder einen kurzen Städtetrip. Die Innenstadt ist schnell zu erreichen und das Hotel liegt trotzdem in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit schöner Aussicht auf die Skyline. Sehr empfehlenswert.”

“A truly wonderful hotel, especially if you book a room with a skyline view. In our case, check-in was on the 15th floor but the booking confirmation e-mail didn’t mention this, so we ended up waiting in vain at the main reception desk first 🤣 The room was beautiful, spacious and bright, with a large balcony. It was a shame, of course, that guests diagonally across from us on the floor above could see us on the terrace and we could see them 🫣 The minibar was stocked with drinks and wine. I should also mention that you won’t be able to see the sunset from your magnificent room overlooking the skyline and skyscrapers, since the sun sets in the opposite direction 🤣🤣🤣 The sunrise, meanwhile, takes place away from the skyscrapers, though it’s still beautiful. I especially liked that breakfast was available at two locations: downstairs in the main restaurant and on the 15th floor with a stunning view; of course, we chose the option with the view. I recommend ordering egg dishes from the menu because the pre-made omelet in the marmite was completely tasteless. The waitstaff were very friendly and attentive. During our stay at the hotel, the weather was very hot so having breakfast on the terrace in direct sunlight wasn’t very comfortable either; because of this, we weren’t able to enjoy breakfast outdoors on all of the days we were at the hotel. There is also a lounge area with a terrace on the 15th floor with free drinks and snacks. Unfortunately, the terrace has 5 sofas (which are very uncomfortable, by the way) but only 4 tables, so you’ll have to hold your drinks or snacks in your hands or set them directly on the floor... Overall, we were satisfied with this hotel and I can confidently recommend it if you’re heading to Frankfurt am Main! 👍👌”

“Freundlicher Empfang, kostenloses Upgrade und ein Gratisgetränk bekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm, außerdem ist die Lage top. Nur die Dusche war etwas ranzig. Insgesamt trotzdem ein sehr guter Aufenthalt.”
