I hadn't been in a Melia for a while and it really impressed me. Only three comments for the hotel to consider: 1. height of the soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom should be lower 2. only two (out of four) working elevators and 3. lobby should have a ramp to facilitate the lifting/lowering of suitcases guests. Highly recommended and already a reference in London!!!”

“The guest experience was superb. We were taken care of the moment we stepped in the door. Our suite was spacious, clean and decorated with a stylish design. The entire hotel is partly renovated, the lifts need an upgrade as slow but not too bad, just don't be in a hurry to leave for an Uber like we were. Meeting rooms and events are well serviced here too. The level entrance is a hidden gem and the level itself is for suites to use.
