“Londres. Un hotel Boutique 10. Ubicación ideal en Kensington, metro con líneas principales y directo aeropuerto, decoración 10, un hotel totalmente renovado con mucho encanto, decoración ideal, súper confortable. Desayuno fantástico de Meliá. Cuidan mucho el detalle. Amenities Rituals en el baño, me encanta el detalle….. vaporizador para la ropa. He estado como en casa. Volveré sin duda. “Ya es la 2ª vez que repetimos y esta vez con la familia al completo,la ubicación del hotel es excelente y con acceso muy fácil al transporte público, las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y la atención del personal es muy amable y profesional ; y además si tienes " problemas con el Inglés" siempre encontrarás en recepción personal que habla en castellano. Totalmente recomendable.”

“I've stayed at the Melia London Kensington twice and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in an excellent location. Kensington Gardens is a 10-minute walk down the road, Gloucester station is a 2-minute walk away and there are a number of restaurants in the area serving international cuisines. The staff has always been exceptionally kind, polite and helpful. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and, best of all, I could open the window to let in fresh air.”

“This was the last day of a 2 week journey after covid restricted travel. Booked by a travel agent who was kind of giddy at the time that he could find this hotel at a price we were looking for. Checkin - quick. Room - Cozy. Room - clean. Bath - well stocked. Bed - very comfortable. Room - quiet. They actually located our room off the elevator - but we rarely heard any of the noise associated with that. Breakfast is in a large, bright room that starts your day off with a pleasant feeling. It’s less than a 2 min from the Tube station - Central line. Walking distance to Earls Court was 10 minutes where we found some great food. Download CitiMapper which was what the locals and front desk recommended - the streets get quirky and it follows you while in the underground. Will stay here again. It was a great way to end our vacation on a pleasant note.”

“We stayed from 5/21/2023 to 5/28/2023, and from the first moment we arrived we were super pleased. Farwa's welcome was very professional, friendly and pleasant and was the same throughout our stay. Alba, Peter and Mercedes (General Manager) to mention a few were always very friendly and professional and made us feel at home. We cannot fail to mention the service, the cleanliness, the quality of the facilities, the magnificent and unique smell of this hotel that makes you fall in love!!! A gem in the middle of Kensington. We highly recommend it!!!”

“Hotel was in a great location--easily accessed by train and walking distance to Kensington Gardens and quieter streets/restaurants in case you need a break from hectic London pace. Lovely inside, clean rooms, and firm but comfortable beds. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, even offering a drink while you check in. Recommend including breakfast if you're going to be on the go quite a bit and they will make you tea, latte, cappuccino, etc. to start your day. Rooms overall were comfortable, we had the premium king room and while smaller than US hotels usually are, the size seems pretty typical for Europe, and equipped well storage-wise to make it work. Had some issues with keeping room cool since AC turned off while out, well over 80 F when we'd return, but after leaving a note the hotel provided a fan and kept curtains closed which helped some. Overall, would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it and the Gloucester Road area to anyone traveling in London.”

“I cannot begin to say enough about the staff and service of everyone at the Melia Kensington. They made us feel welcomed from the start answered every question we had and truly were invested in our stay being perfect. The beds were very comfortable, hotel was spotless, breakfast was amazing great location. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, tube. Junior suite perfect if traveling with a child or an extra person. A small extra bedroom and two full bathrooms. A must stay 5 stars. My husband, who is in hospitality said it was the best service that he has ever had. I agree. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.”

“An absolutely wonderful stay at the Melia London Kensington. From the moment we arrived the welcome and service was excellent (particularly appreciated the glass of fizz) and the team couldn’t do enough to help over the course of our stay. The rooms were spotless with gorgeous decor and bed linen and the location was perfect for our trip to London. Cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely stay when we come back to London!”

“Un hotel de 4 estrellas muy bien situado, las líneas de metro a Victoria (Gatwick) y Heathrow son directas. Muy bien el personal; decoración agradable y zonas comunes atractivas. Pero si acaso hubiera que sacarle alguna pega, me tocó una habitación separada del ascensor por unos cuantos escalones. El gimnasio, correctamente equipado, no tenía aire acondicionado.”
