“Tuve el placer de alojarme en ME Ibiza del 31 de agosto al 6 de septiembre, y puedo decir con total sinceridad que fue una estancia excepcional de principio a fin. Desde el momento de la llegada hasta el día de la salida, todo estuvo a la altura de un auténtico hotel de lujo.
Reservamos la opción de media pensión, y la oferta gastronómica fue sencillamente magnífica. Disfrutamos de deliciosas comidas tanto en Radio Rooftop Restaurant, situado en la última planta del hotel, como en Origens, donde cada plato destacó por su calidad, presentación y sabor. La variedad y el nivel culinario superaron ampliamente nuestras expectativas.
Las instalaciones del hotel son espectaculares, pero lo que realmente nos dejó sin palabras fueron las impresionantes vistas al Mediterráneo. Cada rincón del hotel ofrece una atmósfera única, y contemplar la puesta de sol desde el rooftop fue, sin duda, uno de los momentos más memorables de todo el viaje. Un auténtico espectáculo que merece ser vivido.
Me gustaría hacer un agradecimiento muy especial a Carla y Elia, del equipo de Guest Experience, por su cercanía, profesionalidad y atención constante a cada detalle. También al excelente equipo de Aura, que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera todavía más especial, y a Asmae, del departamento de Reservas, cuya eficiencia y dedicación contribuyeron a que toda nuestra estancia transcurriera de manera fluida y sin preocupaciones.
Asimismo, quiero destacar la magnífica atención de José, en Radio Restaurant, por su amabilidad y excelente servicio, así como la profesionalidad y dedicación de todo el equipo de porteros, siempre atentos, serviciales y dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa.
Lo que diferencia a ME Ibiza no son únicamente sus impresionantes instalaciones, su ubicación privilegiada o su excelente gastronomía, sino las personas que trabajan allí y que consiguen que cada huésped se sienta especial. Gracias a todo el equipo por crear recuerdos tan maravillosos y por convertir unas vacaciones fantásticas en una experiencia verdaderamente inolvidable.”

“Una estancia excepcional. He tenido la suerte de alojarme en muy buenos hoteles de Ibiza y, sin duda, este ha sido uno de los que más me ha impresionado.
Todo está cuidado al detalle: instalaciones impecables, limpieza excelente y, especialmente, un equipo humano extraordinario. El trato, la amabilidad y la atención recibida han hecho que nos sintamos realmente especiales.
Gracias de corazón a todo el equipo por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia inolvidable. Un hotel al que, sin duda, deseamos volver.”

“An amazing stay at ME Ibiza! Arriving to this place was like stepping into an oasis. A beautiful vista of the pool and sea through the massive open space is a great start. Our room was well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. Very VERY clean! The pool area is lovely and there's plenty of beds spread around. Breakfast was delicious with buffet, fresh options and as much coffee as you like. We had lunch both upstairs and at Origens and both were excellent, the sushi/ceviche was a highlight. Only thing I would mention is that not all rooms have balconies (as you'd expected for a 5* LHW). I will miss waking up to that beautiful view. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We will be back”

“We do not regret our choice to pickup the ME hotel, but I don’t think it’s worth ''The Leading Hotels Of The World'' sign.
It does gives you what you expect for a 5 stars hotel, considering the fact that the room prices are much lower than Nobu or Six Senses.
Location is good, right next to Nikki Beach (30 min drive from Ibiza town).
The rooms are spacious and nice, breakfast is excellent, pool is great.
Three things caught our attention’s though, and we actually had to warned the receptionist about it :
- We slept there 5 nights, and one morning the room was not done properly, bathroom still dirty and cleaning product left inside.
Not a big deal, but not what you want from a hotel like this.
- Second thing was the waitress at the breakfast.
Not a single smile for the whole week.
We had to switch places each time she was putting us somewhere we didn’t want to, as we preferred to be either close to the pool or the buffet because it’s a big room. I’m assuming that working in a place like this, you have to understand your customer right away, well it wasn’t the case and that really annoyed us until the last morning.
- Last thing was very surprising, we had two dishes at the pool and two at one of the restaurants of the hotel (for dinner).
When we left the hotel, checkout time and I was checking the final bill as I always do even though I never had any issues anywhere.
Well, on all 4 meals, tips were added each time (more or less 15€ per meal) without our consent.
As you can imagine, when you are eating in the same place as you are sleeping, bill is going on your room right away.
Of course the receptionist quickly removed it from the invoice when I asked him what was that ?
Service is included and VAT as well in all of Europe, if you wish to add tips, well you pay it separately but you don’t add it on the final invoice on the back of your customers.
Overall the experience was good, and during summer it’s probably the best price range 5 stars hotel you will find on the island, we were only a bit disappointed by these few things.”
