“🚨⚠️Achtung, keine höhere Kategorie buchen! Wir hatten extra ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Dafür haben wir einen Aufpreis von mehreren hundert Euro für unseren Aufenthalt bezahlt. Als wir in unser Zimmer kamen, schauten wir direkt auf eine Wand des Gebäudes gegenüber. Nach Beschwere an der Rezeption wurde uns auf der untersten Etage ein Zimmer etwas weiter vorne gegeben, allerdings erst nach Diskussion und nach vorzeigen der Bilder in der Melia App der gebuchten Kategorie, die eindeutig eine andere Aussicht bewarb (siehe Bild, das schon seitlich fotografiert wurde und nicht den Block aus dem Zimmer widerspiegelt). Das Zimmer in der ersten Etage nahmen wir, es war immer noch kein direkter Meerblick aber besser als das erste Zimmer. Eine Erstattung war laut Personal trotz der Schlechtleistung nicht möglich. Wir stellten am nächsten Tag fest, dass die Klimaanlage in dem bezogenen Zimmer nicht funktionierte. Eine Reparatur war nach 3 Beschwerden immer noch nicht möglich, sodass wir wieder in ein Zimmer mit schlechterem Ausblick ziehen mussten. Wir hatten uns auf den Aufenthalt bei Melia gefreut und hätten und fühlten uns betrogen. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen und die Hotelmarke künftig seltener bevorzugen. Wir hatten während des Aufenthalts noch ein weiteres Problem und dabei Schwierigkeiten in der Kommunikation mit dem Personal, das leider oft sehr schlecht Englisch spricht. Auch der Check-Out verlief nicht reibungslos, hier hatte man uns einen Rabatt aus der Melia-App nicht korrekt berücksichtigt, der Mitarbeiter hatte bei der einfachen Rechnung leider große Schwierigkeiten. Insgesamt wirkt das Personal leider wenig kompetent und nicht gut geschult. Immerhin waren die Angestellten beim Frühstück fleißig und meistens aufmerksam. Um auch etwas positives zu erwähnen, da wir neben den genannten Punkten einen guten Aufenthalt hatten: Das Frühstück war super und der Pool auf dem Dach war wirklich super 👍🏼”

Stayed in the loft sea view room, cozy and comfortable, we love the bathrobes they leave in this room. Overall excellent experience. “Durchschnittliches Hotel. Die Zimmer gleichen eher einer Jugendherberge, das Frühstück ist solide, die Liegen am Pool müssten erneuert werden da die Bezüge schimmeln. Der erste Eindruck wenn ma hinein kommt ist super, man darf eben nur noch so genau hinschauen. Was man wissen muss: die Umgebung ist absolut nicht schön.
