“Went for the Ramadan Buffet, my first visit to Melia KL. The overall presentation was simple, but the taste was good across the dishes I tried. Even simple items like kerabu and char kuey teow were well executed. I enjoyed the sup daging, which was flavourful and comforting especially on a rainy evening :) Service was pleasant, with an attentive Japanese trainee who served our table. Did not manage to get his name :( Experienced the bubble lift up to The View at Level 18 and enjoyed the city night view. A slight pity that the LED lights in the lift were a bit too bright, which affected the clarity of the outside view. Overall, a commendable effort by the team!”

“The rooms are very clean. I have been to many different hotels in this range and never encounter this level of cleanness so far, until now. Floor is non-dusty, sofa is all stain-free, towels and bedsheets are all fresh and clean. I hope the management praises the cleaning team on the effort and maintain the cleanliness level. Would definitely recommend 👍”

“I was happy and excited to stay at the Melia Hotel, with its spacious, clean, and pleasantly scented room. I also went for high tea. The variety of food was delicious and appetizing. The price was reasonable, and I highly recommend it. The staff were very kind and friendly. A special thank you to Puan Intan Shima for the excellent service and clear explanation. I truly appreciate it. For sure, I will come again.”

Good 5star level hotel Service was slow and could be improved, but it was peak holiday season and understandable. The use of technology to make pre check in would be useful and time saving.”

“EXCELLENT! I stayed for one night and honestly couldn’t find any flaws throughout my stay. I had emailed earlier to request a complimentary honeymoon decoration, but to my surprise, they upgraded us to a Level Room with better facilities and excellent soundproofing instead. The front desk staff were very attentive, and all the other staff were great as well. The breakfast spread was what you’d expect from a hotel buffet, with a nice addition of a small Spanish tapas section. Taste-wise, I really couldn’t find anything to complain about. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade to a smart TV, as the available channels were quite limited and not very interesting. The location is superb—very close to Monorail Imbi and there’s a 7-Eleven nearby for any last-minute needs. Overall, I would definitely consider booking here again for a short staycation. Thank you, Melia KL, for making our honeymoon trip better than expected ❤️”

“Booked 4 nights with Melia Hotel Kuala Lumpur from 16 Feb 2026 to 21 Feb 2026. Had a fantastic stay!! Special thanks to our room attendant Mr Sazalu Abdullah for his detailed cleaning every day. He is very humble and friendly. The room is extremely clean and renovated (similar to the advert on media). The front desk is helpful and welcoming. Melia Hotel will definately be our choice on our next revisit to KL. ❤️”
