“Very nice place, far from city center but the room and service are super, hot spring water is good to try as well, of course the smell isn’t attractive”

Their support, kindness, and professionalism made a huge difference, and I am incredibly grateful. Amazing people work there. The rooms were spotless, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again!”

“생각보다 시내와 멀지 않고 조용해서 좋다. 김치 맛이 좀 특이하지만 조식 괜찮고 객실 청결상태 괜찮고 데스크 친절하고.한국어 가능한 직원도 있고.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Kobi Onsen Resort Hue. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. I honestly have nothing to complain about regarding my experience. A special thanks to Mộng Tươi—she was truly fantastic and made my visit even more memorable. Highly recommended!”

“This is a fabulous hotel. 15 minutes away from the centre of Hue, It is an oasis of calm and relaxation. The Japanese onsen rivals the best of those in Japan, beautifully laid out and a wonderful way to rest and recouperate. The food in the restaurant is excellent. We had the steak and it came sizzling on hot stones and was super tasty. Every single one of the staff was kind, helpful and really helped to make a wonderful day at this hotel complete”

“Super Hotel avec les thermes Osen ( bain de souffre). Rapport qualité prix juste. Excellent pour faire un break . Pas de petits restos authentiques autour. Mais resto intérieur très soigné,hyper propre ambiance zen service impeccable et repas excellent ( prix évidemment en rapport). Piscine splendide avec lits de repos parasols... Un arrêt dans le temps.... Exterieur un peu bruyant pendant la nuit, générateur ou....(chambres vue jardin). Location vélo gratuit, vélo hyper basique mais fonctionnel...”

Ấn tượng nhất là cung cách phục vụ, từ bellman receptionist, manager, staff quầy trà bánh, nhân viên chỗ Osen thân thiện, rất là support , mình rất ấn tượng ( mình gởi lời cám ơn đến chị Ny và c Dương , bé Tươi) nha 🥰😍🫶 chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại”

“Having stayed for three nights, I can say that Kobi Onsen Hue was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Being a little off of the town, we enjoyed the calmness of the area. The staff is wonderful, caring for all needs. The food is quite nice also. The Onsen baths were relaxing. Be warned that there are separate areas for women and men. Overall, si highly recommend this hotel!”
