“Wir waren über Weihnachten und Neujahr im Melia Zanzibar und können nur sagen, dass dieser Urlaub für unsere Familie etwas ganz Besonderes war. Es hat von Anfang bis Ende einfach alles gepasst.
Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, sehr sauber und die gesamte Anlage wird mit viel Liebe gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und immer bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Man merkt sofort die entspannte Lebensweise dort. Hakuna Matata ist nicht nur ein Spruch, sondern wird dort wirklich gelebt.
Ein besonderes Highlight war unsere Safari, die wir direkt über das Hotel gebucht haben. Für uns und vor allem für unsere Kinder war das ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Löwen, Elefanten, Giraffen und sogar Leoparden in freier Wildbahn aus einem offenen Safari Fahrzeug zu sehen, ist mit keinem Zoo der Welt vergleichbar. Diese Momente werden wir niemals vergessen.
Auch die Maasai, die das Hotel in ihrer traditionellen Kleidung mit ihren Speeren bewachen, machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Man bekommt einen kleinen Einblick in die Kultur und Geschichte des Landes, was die Reise noch beeindruckender macht.
Das Fitnessstudio hat mich ebenfalls positiv überrascht. Ich habe dort mit Einheimischen trainiert und mir wurde gesagt, dass es das beste Gym auf der ganzen Insel ist. Das spricht meiner Meinung nach auch für die hohe Qualität des Hotels.
Unsere kleine Tochter spricht heute noch von Afrika und fragt uns regelmäßig, wann wir wieder dorthin fliegen. Allein das zeigt, welchen Eindruck diese Reise bei unserer Familie hinterlassen hat.
Für mich ist das Melia Zanzibar eines der schönsten Hotels auf Sansibar. Wer Natur, Erholung, Gastfreundschaft und unvergessliche Erlebnisse sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

“Mis vacaciones en el Meliá Zanzíbar han sido espectaculares.
El hotel precioso, limpio, cuidado y muy acogedor.
Guillermo( el director) al igual que todo su equipo, son unos grandes profesionales y excelentes personas, están siempre pendientes de que tu estancia sea perfecta, que no falte detalle y resolviendo cualquier duda que pueda surgir.
El servicio de los trabajadores es impecables. Quiero hacer mención especial a Lilian, nuestra camarera de la piscina, amable cariñosa, servicial y muy educada, no hacía falta casi ni pedirla, desde el minuto 0, sabía lo que queríamos cada uno, siempre pendiente y atenta, una empleada de 10, echaremos de menos su sonrisa y sus aperitivos de media mañana.”

“After a 5-day safari in mainland Tanzania, our whole family spent a relaxing week at the Meliá Zanzibar. The hotel is a wonderful place to unwind, and the Level area takes relaxation to the next level, making it so convenient that we never wanted to leave.
The service is incredible and extremely efficient.
A special mention goes to Lilian, our Level area waitress, who was always attentive to our family. She learned our preferences (and there were six of us!) and attended to us even before we asked. She is an excellent professional who exceeded our expectations. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Lilian. (Gracias además Lilian por tu esfuerzo para hablar español con nosotros)
Guilherme (the hotel's General Manager) has created a team that truly deserves 5 stars. Their service, like that of Bruna, Lisbetty, and the rest of the hotel staff, is unbeatable.
They are available 24/7 to guests, resolving any issue, no matter how small or large. You will go far as a team! We will miss you now that we are returning to Spain, although you will always be part of our memories, our African memories!.”

“Meliá Zanzibar was a fantastic choice for our stay. It is a beautiful hotel with a peaceful atmosphere, excellent service, and a team that makes guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
Lilian deserves a special mention, as she was the waitress who attended us most frequently. She was consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Her natural warmth made a real difference to our experience and is exactly the kind of service you remember after a holiday.
We would also like to thank Guillermo, the director, together with Bruna and Isabel, for being so welcoming and helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and left with very good memories. We would definitely recommend Meliá Zanzibar to anyone looking for a relaxing stay combined with genuinely warm hospitality.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Meliá Zanzibar. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. Everyone we met was friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Lilian, who was the waitress who looked after us most often. She was always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Her warm personality and excellent service made every meal more enjoyable, and we really appreciated how well she treated us during our stay.
We would also like to mention Guillermo, the hotel director, as well as Bruna and Isabel, who were all lovely and contributed to such a positive experience.
