Bãi biển Meliá Calviá

“I was told I did not pay 4 times when everything was already paid for Some of the reception staff where both incompetent and rude. They had a No to everything attitude I was told I can't do late check out while the receptionist told the other the rooms are empty and no guest are due(in Spanish). I've been using Melia hotels for over 8 years and this is the first time the receptionist where just not bothered at all. Apart from. That hotel is great and all other staff but the reception was just next level bad”

“A fabulous hotel with large pool area and also a level up area which you can enjoy à la carte breakfast and snacks. Alejandro from the circle team was very helpful and made our stay so very enjoyable nothing was too much trouble for him. Would highly recommend this hotel close as it is by to the beach and all amenities.”

“We’ve been fifth times in the same area. Four times stayed at Melia - and ones in Fergus Tobago. In Melia we have been three times as Level guest (we had a membership, which profile was deleted and all points too idk why). Anyway, this last time we had booked as a normal guest via TUI. We haven’t been treated same as the other times. We arrived late in the night and receptionist was really rude. His colleague was nice and polite. So for one person I can’t blame all of them. My review for that is 4 stars. The food and ambiance in the hotel is always good. One thing what I didn’t like was the isolation aspect of the rooms. Every morning I was listening to people talking or doors closing. So for this will get 0 stars. The cleaning crew was really professional. Always water in the fridge, clean towels and bedsheets! I will give 5 stars for that! Very satisfied! I need to mention that the ventilation system was old too…from time to time smelled like toalett. Overall, the hotel is old and need repair.”

“We were very happy with our stay and had a wonderful family holiday. The hotel has an excellent location, and we especially enjoyed having breakfast and dinner with such a beautiful view. The food was always delicious, fresh, filling and varied. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. We also really appreciated the personal attention given to the guests. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel prepared a small gift for us, which was a very lovely and thoughtful gesture. It made us feel especially welcome and showed that the hotel pays attention to each guest individually. The evening entertainment and live music were also wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the candlelight concert — it created such a beautiful and romantic atmosphere and was one of the highlights of our stay. A special thank you to the girls from the childcare team! They were extremely professional, kind and friendly. The childcare was truly at a very high level and very well organised. Our son was always happy to go there, play and spend time with the team. We really appreciated that the educators actively engaged with the children rather than simply supervising them. This made a big difference for us as parents and allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday as well. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful family holiday. We would definitely be happy to come back. The only suggestion we have would be regarding dinner time. For families with small children, having dinner a little earlier, for example around 18:00–18:30, would be much more convenient.”

“Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en el hotel. Las instalaciones y el trato del personal en el level ha sido genial. Destacar el equipo de animación liderado por Pablo, nos encantó el aquagym y el taller de bolsas. Sin duda volveremos! Mil gracias por todo (Cris y Eva)”
