Clean rooms spacious hotel with use of 5 pools plenty of sun beds close to beach shops and plenty of entertainment in the hotel and outside . The entertainment staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable especially Javier the aqua aerobics instructor and general pool activities and games organiser he always made you feel welcome and did his upmost to get people involved . Only a few disappointments no kettle in your room ,but you can hire one for 5 euros per week with a 20 euro deposit ,wasn’t expecting that , you can also hire a safe .we were only half board and I was very shocked that coffee / tea was wasn’t included with your meals there was an option to buy a coffee at the bar but this was outside the restaurant . Still would recommend this hotel very good to say it’s only 3*

Hemos estado en familia al completo siete días fabulosos, a excepción de un trabajador que lo quiso estropear, el jefe de comedor Sr. David. Por todo lo demás, fabuloso, desde el equipo de guardería hasta el de recepción, un gran equipo, donde me gustaría destacar a María, del servicio de habitaciones de la tercera planta, a Montse, a los camareros Dani y Roberto, y a Cristian Valdés, Angel, Juan Carlos y Sam, muchas gracias por ser como sois. Fantastic Stay at Melia Orlando! We had a wonderful stay at Melia Orlando! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. A heads-up to families—kids can easily order on-demand movies, but we didn’t mind since we ended up enjoying the one we watched (though it was about $20). We opted for the room and breakfast plan, and it was absolutely worth it. Breakfast at The Wilson was a highlight—the casual atmosphere and super friendly servers made every morning a treat. Shoutout to Matty, Ali, and the rest of the team, who were all lovely. The coffee is ready to grab, and the egg platters are huge. The French toast is a must-try! The pool area is great—fun yet quiet. On one day, they even set up a water trampoline by the pool, which was a blast. The hotel is conveniently located right off US192, so you’re well connected. We had a rental car, but the hotel also provides shuttles to the major theme parks, which is a nice perk. Another nice touch was the social hour from 4 to 5 p.m. with free wine. We only got to enjoy it once, but it was a nice way to unwind. Javier at the front desk was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly for us. All in all, a fantastic stay—we didn’t want to leave!
