Heerlijk eten, keer op keer. Bekwaam, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Super animatie team die zowel jong als oud kan entertainen. Super propere kamers. Top hotel!

Mijn vriend en ik komen hier ieder jaar met veel plezier. Het is een schoon, luxe en goed verzorgd hotel. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en neemt altijd de tijd om even te kletsen. Vele mensen komen hier elk jaar en het personeel onthoudt precies wie wie is. Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit. Het restaurant (El Portalon) is een van de betere in de buurt. Je kan hier zeer lekker eten. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, plus een zeer groot balkon. Er zijn maar liefst drie zwembaden, voor ieder wat wils qua drukte of animatie.

I wouldn’t stay here again. We stayed in a bungalow for 10 nights over Christmas. What we liked: - Incredibly friendly staff - Jaydy and Guillermo in particular. - Good food options all day. - 3 pools. - Bungalow cleaned every day. - Spacious accommodation. - Good location for shopping and restaurants. What we didn’t like: - Quite noisy due to proximity to busy roads. - Uncomfortable and old furniture. - Tv had only 3 English Channels and no streaming options. - Breakfast and dinner buffets were quite repetitive and poor selection. - Proper coffee had to be purchased at breakfast. Machine ‘coffee’ was watered down to brown water. - Had to buy water at dinner. - Full of noisy Dutch people. Last time I saw so many I was in Holland!! - Too many young children. - Gym equipment in need of repair and upgrade. - Pateo door wasn’t secure and could be opened from outside. - Door handle fell off laundry room, locking me inside. Had to call reception to be rescued. - 2 single beds in master bedroom with en-suite, this was odd. Beds were not comfortable. Didn’t sleep well.
