⭐ Outstanding Service at Torre Melina – Cristian Made Our Stay Truly Special We stayed in a RedLevel room at Torre Melina Gran Meliá from 19–22 February 2026, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As seasoned travellers, we travel frequently and this was one of our most memorable hotel stays. A special thank you must go to Cristian Varela Martins (Front Office Agent), who truly made our stay memorable. After I emailed the hotel before arrival with a few questions, Cristian responded and was incredibly attentive. His recommendation to upgrade to RedLevel was absolutely worth it. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a birthday cake, chilled cava and a handwritten note in our room, as I was celebrating both my birthday and the anniversary of my “ringing-the-bell” milestone. On our final evening we were surprised again with tapas, cakes and cava with a farewell note, which was a wonderful and thoughtful touch. The RedLevel experience was fantastic – a beautiful room, lounge access with cava, wines, beers (including alcohol-free options), soft drinks and snacks available throughout the day. The staff in the lounge were always attentive and welcoming, and Margarita from the RedLevel team was particularly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with great coffee, eggs cooked to order and a wide selection of fresh fruit and pastries. Cristian and the concierge team also helped us arrange tickets for Sagrada Família and secured us a rooftop table at the sister ME Barcelona hotel, with incredible views of the city. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless and professionally run, and the service throughout was outstanding. Our only small suggestion would be that the spa could benefit from a jacuzzi, particularly during the winter months when the outdoor facilities are closed. We are already looking forward to returning, hopefully soon, to watch a match at Camp Nou and enjoy the hotel’s summer amenities.

Excelente!!! Atendimento dos funcionários de recepção, café da manhã, serviço das acomodações, limpeza. Tivemos uma atenção especial da Camila, que estava sempre disposta a nos ajudar!!!!! Recomendo!!!

Incredible i will reserve as soon as i come back to Barcelona

Pocos hoteles te hacen sentir tan especial como este. Venimos (por desgracia) no por placer sino por necesidad por una enfermedad de mi mujer. Está semana la han operado y con complicaciones. El hotel se ha volcado como si fuéramos miembros del mismo. Nos han facilitado todo. Desde recepción “Antonio” y sus compañeros, restaurante desayuno “pavi creo jejeje”, Camila con su saber estar y educación, atención y explendias soluciones a todo lo que hemos necesitado. Marta por prestar su atención y disponibilidad en todo lo que fuera necesario. Solo puedo daros las gracias. Sois unos profesionales como la copa de un pino. Deciros que nos habéis dado calor humano y un servicio de 10 sobre 10. Cuando una familia pasa por un mal momento y el equipo que formáis solo estáis para servir, acomodar y aportar soluciones a problemas. Mil gracias. Con todo nuestro corazón Murciano, volveremos a vernos y disfrutar de Barcelona como se merece.
