It was an amazing stay. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I hurt my foot on a bike and they helped me call a doctor who came to visit me in the hotel, and he alleviated my pain very efficiently. The ladies at the front desk, I wish I'd remember their names - were amazingly helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable - housekeeping was impeccable. Location was great and easy to walk or take a taxi to any major tourist attraction . Marc and Maiol were super helpful with check out as well with our bags. Most importantly it felt like a safe and comfortable haven to rest and relax in from a long day of exploring and adventures. Wonderful hotel!

Top class, a calm and relaxing atmosphere from the first step, a high quality service which is making the stay a positive and nice experience. A clean and premium standard rooms. Delicious food with a rich menu. Such hotels are rare but worth the money.

Estupenda ubicación y vistas desde piscina y roof. Magnífico servicio. El personal encantador y servicial. Muy confortable. Mejoraría el desayuno que no está a la altura de la categoría del hotel.

Pues tengo que decir que mi empresa pagò 670e por una noche y mi habitación no tenia ni ventana, daba a un pasillo y no se podia abrir.. y los champús estaban acabados en la ducha, menos mal que yo me llevé En el desayuno pedí un cafe con leche y me dijo el camarero que me lo sacara de la maquina, que solo lo hacia el si yo queria alguna leche especial Osea que tampoco desayune Luego vi en la salida que ofrecían una copa de cava o algo mas, no me digáis porque ami no me la ofrecieron Quedé muy desilusionada, mis espectativass eran muy altas Luego a las 23 no se porque sonaba el telefonillo de la habitación nadie respondió Se encendió la tv sola y ponía bienvenida Cosa que ami me despertó, ya que nos fuimos a dormir muy pronto Sin mas que decir gracias

Everything is great, the reception staff and supervisors are exceeded expectation. We have enjoyed experiencing massage with Yaiza & Liliana, they are very friendly and professional.
